Just a few thoughts about faith really. I guess most of us are familiar with Ephesians 2: 8 For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith
--and this not of yourselves, it is the gift of God... So it's a impartation of God's faith. If you were to couple this up with Colossians 3: 3 for you died and your life is hidden with Christ in God, verse 4 When Christ who is your life ... And also Galatians 2:20 For I have been crucified with Christ, and I no longer live but Christ lives in me. The life I live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God ... All things considered this cannot merely be faith in Christ as the object of our faith, but it must mean we are abiding in Him and partaking of His faith.
Just consider what this means if we apply it to the likes of Mark 11:22 Have faith in God (as one who is abiding in Him and partaking of His faith.) Verse 23 I tell you the truth, if anyone says to this mountain, Go through yourself into the sea, and does not doubt in his heart but believes what he says will happen, it will be done for him.
Powerful thought ain't it?
