I used to believe that was the prophecy Jesus was referring to, as well. But upon closer reading, Isaiah makes no mention of any resurrection.
The resurrection doesn't have to be mentioned. This is a prophesy about His suffering.
Isaiah does mention that the suffering servant will have offspring. Jesus, traditionally at least had no offspring.
The reference is to spiritual offspring, as you know.
Jesus said His resurrection after 3 days was foretold (although Friday afternoon to Sunday morning can hardly be called 3 days).
Scripture says He rose on (during) the third day, not after three full days. Days were counted from sunrise to sunrise in ancient Israel (Sunrise Friday to sunrise Saturday - the first day, sunrise Saturday to sunrise Sunday - the second day, sunrise Sunday to sunrise Monday - the third day. He rose during the day on Sunday. You know that, too.
