Think of it as sharing the "talents" of what you have learned about Jesus Christ in your walk with Him.

Matthew 25:14 For the kingdom of heaven is as a man travelling into a far country, who called his own servants, and delivered unto them his goods. 15 And unto one he gave five talents, to another two, and to another one; to every man according to his several ability; and straightway took his journey. 16 Then he that had received the five talents went and traded with the same, and made them other five talents. 17 And likewise he that had received two, he also gained other two. 18 But he that had received one went and digged in the earth, and hid his lord's money.

19 After a long time the lord of those servants cometh, and reckoneth with them. 20 And so he that had received five talents came and brought other five talents, saying, Lord, thou deliveredst unto me five talents: behold, I have gained beside them five talents more. 21 His lord said unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord. 22 He also that had received two talents came and said, Lord, thou deliveredst unto me two talents: behold, I have gained two other talents beside them. 23 His lord said unto him, Well done, good and faithful servant; thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.

24 Then he which had received the one talent came and said, Lord, I knew thee that thou art an hard man, reaping where thou hast not sown, and gathering where thou hast not strawed: 25 And I was afraid, and went and hid thy talent in the earth: lo, there thou hast that is thine. 26 His lord answered and said unto him, Thou wicked and slothful servant, thou knewest that I reap where I sowed not, and gather where I have not strawed: 27 Thou oughtest therefore to have put my money to the exchangers, and then at my coming I should have received mine own with usury. 28 Take therefore the talent from him, and give it unto him which hath ten talents. 29 For unto every one that hath shall be given, and he shall have abundance: but from him that hath not shall be taken away even that which he hath. 30 And cast ye the unprofitable servant into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

As you have read, there is a danger of not sharing any of the talents the Lord has given you. So if you are not sharing your faith to others in public, then share what He as done for you here at Talk Jesus forums.

You do not have to engage with any "naysayers" but at least you have done what Jesus Christ has told you to do and with His help, you can share the talents of what you have learned of Him and share what He has done for you too.

Matthew 10:42 And whosoever shall give to drink unto one of these little ones a cup of cold water only in the name of a disciple, verily I say unto you, he shall in no wise lose his reward.

And even if you do share your talents with others by His grace by His help, see joining Talk Jesus as a way of increasing the investment of your talents to others in that way too. You just might see the Lord at work with your talents to the little ones and even for those seeking the Lord Jesus Christ for salvation.

May we give Him all the credit & glory for His ministry to others through us and not just Him ministering through others to ourselves.

1 Corinthians 3:5 Who then is Paul, and who is Apollos, but ministers by whom ye believed, even as the Lord gave to every man? 6 I have planted, Apollos watered; but God gave the increase. 7 So then neither is he that planteth any thing, neither he that watereth; but God that giveth the increase.

Proverbs 11:24 There is that scattereth, and yet increaseth; and there is that withholdeth more than is meet, but it tendeth to poverty. 25 The liberal soul shall be made fat: and he that watereth shall be watered also himself. 26 He that withholdeth corn, the people shall curse him: but blessing shall be upon the head of him that selleth it.

Proverbs 27:17 Iron sharpeneth iron; so a man sharpeneth the countenance of his friend.

Just came across this video yesterday. A talent to share for sure as I always did wonder about the 3 wise men from the East.

It is about ancient Chinese records of the birth, crucifixion, and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

So even if you do not believe you can post anything; you can share a video that you valued in the knowledge of Him or even a Christian music video to minster, comfort & even encourage others by. That is like sharing a talent the Lord has given you.

May God bless you today in helping you to share with others what He has done for you.

Incidentally, most Christian forums have an "ignore" option that you can place a member on and it will block any further alerts from them as well as hide their comments to you. It still gives the option to see said comment if you click on their post but if you wish to avoid any further arguments that may descend into biting and devouring one another, best not to look and just leave them on Ignore.

Essentially, I had to use it on some members since judgments were flying in condemnation and as much as we are to judge & reprove the works by scripture, we should withdraw when obviously the discussion is more of an argument, menaing their minds are made up as yours is, and so... time to let go and let God minister in His time.

Titus 3:9 But avoid foolish questions, and genealogies, and contentions, and strivings about the law; for they are unprofitable and vain.
10 A man that is an heretick after the first and second admonition reject;
11 Knowing that he that is such is subverted, and sinneth, being condemned of himself.

I believe the Lord led me to stick it out because of this exhortation for patience & meekness...

2 Timothy 2:24 And the servant of the Lord must not strive; but be gentle unto all men, apt to teach, patient,
25 In meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if God peradventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth;
26 And that they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil, who are taken captive by him at his will.

So I pretty much needed the Lord to direct my foot steps for when to withdraw and I thank Him to help me to trust Him as my Good Shepherd & Friend to do this

Proverbs 16:9 A man's heart deviseth his way: but the Lord directeth his steps.

So you do not have to continue to discuss something if the discussion has become an argument whereby the other is doling out judgment of you being a false teacher or whatever. Just put them on Ignore and continue to share the talents the Lord has shared with you so as He can show the value of those talents He has shared with you to others as only He can enable them to receive them as talents too to value as well
