Why so much junk in my mind????

OK, this been annoying me and I need help in this case.

Well what happen is that this thing in my mind do things that I don't like everyday and I am so very annoying by it and it is very distracting to me because it has bad image vision like lust, anger, evilness, and I hear like voices like saying allot of bad things like it is so bad :embarasse :embarasse

I know it is not me doing it or wanting to image those things and all of that, I believed is the demon or the devil controlling my mind by putting allot of junk in my mind.
I know the mind is of the flesh, but I've been told that the devil favorite playground is playing with our mind and I am sick of tired of this because when I first got save It was really bad in my mind and I use to feel bad and I was going crazy and I was speaking against the devil and it made me mad at the devil because this thing is really annoying right now!!!!

At the sometime it brings confusion because I don’t know if it is me by thinking on those things or the devil just putting stuff in my mind? It drives me nuts when this happen even when it doing it right now.

PLEASE, some one help me here, and what way I could stop this thing from annoying me!?!
 
A lot will depend on what you do on a daily basis. Watching TV. etc.

We have to be careful what we feed our minds, what we watch, say, listen to and what we think.

We are told to take every thought captive to make it obedient to Christ.

Jesus in You is far greater than anything in the world. 1 John.4.4.
The Message Bible

4-6My dear children, you come from God and belong to God. You have already won a big victory over those false teachers, for the Spirit in you is far stronger than anything in the world. These people belong to the Christ-denying world. They talk the world's language and the world eats it up. But we come from God and belong to God. Anyone who knows God understands us and listens. The person who has nothing to do with God will, of course, not listen to us. This is another test for telling the Spirit of Truth from the spirit of deception.

Test the Spirits
1Dear friends, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world. 2This is how you can recognize the Spirit of God: Every spirit that acknowledges that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is from God, 3but every spirit that does not acknowledge Jesus is not from God. This is the spirit of the antichrist, which you have heard is coming and even now is already in the world.

4You, dear children, are from God and have overcome them, because the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world. 5They are from the world and therefore speak from the viewpoint of the world, and the world listens to them. 6We are from God, and whoever knows God listens to us; but whoever is not from God does not listen to us. 2 Corinthians 10. The Message

3-6The world is unprincipled. It's dog-eat-dog out there! The world doesn't fight fair. But we don't live or fight our battles that way—never have and never will. The tools of our trade aren't for marketing or manipulation, but they are for demolishing that entire massively corrupt culture. NIV. 2 Cor.10

On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds. 5We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ. 6And we will be ready to punish every act of disobedience, once your obedience is complete.


Phil.4.

4Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! 5Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near. 6Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. 7And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

8Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things. 9Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me—put it into practice. And the God of peace will be with you.


Phil.4. The Message

4-5Celebrate God all day, every day. I mean, revel in him! Make it as clear as you can to all you meet that you're on their side, working with them and not against them. Help them see that the Master is about to arrive. He could show up any minute!

6-7Don't fret or worry. Instead of worrying, pray. Let petitions and praises shape your worries into prayers, letting God know your concerns. Before you know it, a sense of God's wholeness, everything coming together for good, will come and settle you down. It's wonderful what happens when Christ displaces worry at the center of your life.

8-9Summing it all up, friends, I'd say you'll do best by filling your minds and meditating on things true, noble, reputable, authentic, compelling, gracious—the best, not the worst; the beautiful, not the ugly; things to praise, not things to curse. Put into practice what you learned from me, what you heard and saw and realized. Do that, and God, who makes everything work together, will work you into his most excellent harmonies.

Seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these things will be added to you. Matt. 6. 33.

Make sure you put on the armour of God every day to protect you from the fiery darts. Eph.6.10 - 16

Don"t feel too bad?
satan puts evil thoughts in all our minds.We must rebuke those demons and tell them to get out and take there evil thoughts with them ,in the name of JESUS CHRIST!
Also read your bible alourd and .Do not watch evil shows on T.V. that is good advice!
Before you go to sleep ,pray and do not leaven t.v. or radion on.unless its christain type stuff.These things go into your mind while sleeping ,Our spirit never sleeps!

You see?satan put thoughts in Peters mind ,He spoke them!
Mat 16:22 Then Peter took him, and began to rebuke him, saying, Be it far from thee, Lord: this shall not be unto thee.
Mat 16:23 But he turned, and said unto Peter, Get thee behind me, Satan: thou art an offence unto me: for thou savourest not the things that be of God, but those that be of men.

Eph 4:27 Neither give place to the devil.
Eph 6:11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.

Jas 4:6 But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble.
Jas 4:7 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
Jas 4:8 Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded.

we need to spend time reading our bibles and praying[talking with HIM!
WE are All, planing on spending our forever with , the LORD! We need to start now ,getting to know HIm and learning about HIM.
You see? I think the bible is a look into the mind of our CREATOR!
We must always remember? HE IS LOVE!
We are spirits dwelling in weak sin filled bodies!
WE are much more than these bodies!

I teach things and use scriptures many never hear or use!
But it is all part of the bible!

I've been told by some things like to what y'all are telling me.

See, when I pray to God those things comes to my mind too and its really annoying but maybe I'm not reading my bible as much as I can but it still very hard to deal with annoying thoughts that I hate to see and hear. Some thoughts are like my nightmare in some point because some thoughts scares me like if I day dreaming I mean a bad day dream is like a bad nightmare sometime, I had to add that too because that I do get those things also.

Not only that but what I hear from people or see what people do in school and it is distracting and my thoughts goes on bad even in church, but that got me wonder. But still when I’m in church it is much, much less bad thoughts so church is like my most best place when my mind is clear but it is very hard for me to clear my mind when I pray:embarasse

This verse is really a major key for your life and it will determine whether you have a successful Christian life or not.

The will of God for you is good, acceptable and perfect. That means it is good for you, it is acceptable to you, and it's perfect for you. Meaning you'll find it brings you fulfillment and success. Your life will be full of all the good things of the kingdom such as righteous, peace and joy. See also John 10:10.

On the other hand if you don't present yourself to God and renew your mind - it requires discipline - your quality of life is going to suffer... Don't waste the years, you'll never get them back.

Well, it can be 2 of them but its confusing to understand it I remember aguring in my head like there another voice, OKay I don't no why I hear the devil voices more then GOD This is not good

It's not a case of hearing voices, it's a case of what you've been putting in there. What you put in your mind is always going to come back to you and it might seem like a voice, but it often isn't, it's your mind on recall.

I might got mental illness I might need to go those hospitals for crazy people right? Is that what your trying to say???

But for real, I think is not always my voices or whatever you trying to explain to me but I do believed that theres more then just that, I do believed is the demon playing with my mind because I can't really control my own mind that the thing.

If you people have something like this, please tell me how you took advandages from bad thoughts???

You are not crazy!!! It's the way everyone's mind works, whatever you hear, read or see comes back to you. You admitted your self you don't read the word much. Nature does not tolerate empty spaces. If your mind is not filled with godly things, it will be filled with worldly things. Your mind was designed by God to recall what's in there. It's a blessing when it's filled with good stuff.

If you've got a Christian book shop or you can buy stuff on line. I would recommend you get the booklet Right and Wrong Thinking for Christians, by Kenneth E Hagin. It's a very cheap booklet and it should help you a lot.

Do you rebuke the devil in Jesus name when evil thoughts come to you? After you've rebuked the devil you have to put good thoughts in the place of the devils thoughts.

I have the same problem as you do but what works for me is that everytime I have those nasty thoughts i speak the word of God out loud to counteract those thoughts. Try memorizing Gods word and everytime you have those thoughts or hear those voices speak out whatever verses you've memorized out loud. And keep praying. Dont stay where you are coz you think you're crazy. Even as God helps us we have a part to play. Feed your mind with godly things. I wish you all the best and I will be praying for you.

I think it would take so muchs to do that I know I don't live in a Christian home and all there is, is that there is all the worldly stuff at home and at school so its hard

If you truly sincerely want to follow Jesus you would read the Bible and learn the scriptures. We are meant to be the light of the world to others so we can lead them into the light and have a relationship with Jesus.

thanks but my mind was really crazy even untill I got up this morning and right along when I was awake and I was being very tempt by satan because of this dream and it was very lustful, but praise God that I did not fallen to sin but it was hard. If only I hvae peace in this side It is so hard

Listen, I have the exact same problem. Yes, its true.

(laugh) but I'm not crazy. Nor do I intentionally hang around evil things. And if I do----I cry about it and confess it to my God who is so patient with me.

First of all, I've experienced everything you spoke about it. And in reality, whether we admit it or not, I think we all do. Because in Jeremiah it says that the heart is deceitfully wicked above all things who can know it?

I have such wicked wicked thoughts. I even cry out loud when I hear my mind scream blasphemy. I don't even know why. I think the more I thought so hard to stop thinking God's holy name in vain--the more I kept thinking it. I would groan when I thought blasphemy. Somehow, I think Satan tries his hardest to cause us to stumble. Oh have I grieved. I think for three months straight it was like my mind was in constant wicked thought mode. I mean out of no where "bam" a evil hateful thought about someone or envy or lust or wicked pictures or wicked desire. And even now I struggle. I think in reality this is just (finally--sigh of relief) a realization about our own sinful hearts. No you are not weird. You are like the rest of us. Most would consider me a small goody-two-shoe girl. But I know my heart. I hate sin---OH HOW I HATE IT. Now the very fact that you hate it is a good sign. Yes, rejoice loved one! You are saved! It is the Christian who grieves over sin, knows it, understands it, recognizes it, and confesses it. You are truly a Christian. It is only when you cease to care about your sin that you would prove not to be a Christian. Yes, you hate sin. Very good sign. Let us continue on and confess and pray that God will grow us in holiness.

Yes, I have done something wrong today because I watch this stupid rated R movie and I no it was a bit lustful and I know I need to watch a movie like nemo or something which I like little kids movies but um even what I hear and see like what people do or what they say and my mind just pop up with sinful things but it kind of what you want is the mind of CHRIST.

I agree with you that I hate sin and God gave me the heart to hate sin but even I do hate sin but is like working in a job you work in but you still hate it so I do said this to God that I don’t want to do it no more you no and I just wish God just take it away so all I need is PEACE…
