Womens dress code

This is going to be changing the subject here, but what do you all think about women wearing revealing clothing, such as VERY low cut at the neckline & bending over in front of men. The woman I speak of, her & her husband are the music ministers of a said church. Should it be up to the husband to correct her? Or is it be the Minister to correct her or should the member just go to her husband or to the pastor directly? Would really like some feedback on this. Thanks.
