Your depression may be caused by chronic brain inflammation

From personal observations many of us are low on vitamin d and magnesium which could be related. Low vitamin b12 can also be a link in depression. Our Gut health and nutrition play a huge role in our overall well being and immunity. I would look into ways to naturally increase her melatonin production. Lavender essential oil could be something to look into therapeutically.

No hypothesis really, Just observations and studying nutrition and health. Pharmekia cannot be necessarily trusted because mainly only relieve the symptoms but if one is already on drug prescriptions i hear is best to stay the course while strengthening the temple so you can get off of it or reduce the dosage.
