Confusing Times

Confusing times with ins and outs
Are causing many folks to doubt
What they have always held as truth
From times now past when they were youth.

Emotions raging high these days
With many angry, others praise,
With life now changing every day,
Not knowing what will go or stay.

So much is now up in the air,
With many living in despair,
Not knowing what the future holds,
Especially for the weak and old.

The trusted ones cause now to doubt
If they’re sincere in what they flaunt,
If they will hold to what professed,
If they’re sincere in what confessed.

For there are changes every day,
Some disappoint, while others sway,
While some confuse, raise doubts and fears,
Cause some to rage, bring others tears.

So, what to do? How do we deal
With what is fake and what is real?
How to adjust to the unknown,
Not knowing if the truth be shown?

The only remedy I know
Is trust in God, make Him your own,
Trust in His will, believe His truth,
And let the Lord your fears now soothe.

Believe His Word, trust in His care,
Let Him now make you so aware
Of where we are in history now,
So to The Beast you do not bow.

Yep. To the humans who lives by the tree of knowledge where they enter knowledge into their intellect it is confusing times. But the Kids of God Living in the Holy Spirit in eating of the Tree of Live knows what God knows. Thus they enjoy these times where God is on the verge of taking over through them who have a Relationship with Him in Wisdom as His "Full grown Kids" in the Word of Jesus He gave us to grow by. And they will hear Him speak Words of Wisdom to rule in the next world wide Kingdom of God on earth.

I repent, I think I was jealous for a moment just now. Forgive me.

My question was about judgement. I told somebody today that as Christians we judge the sin, not the person; did I err in what I said?

If your brother is caught in sin, you who are spiritual should restore him. But to restore him he has to first acknowledge that he sinned, and he has to be willing to change course, or you may have to confront him with his sin, if he does not acknowledge it himself. So, Jesus had to do that, and the apostles (New Testament) had to do that in cases where the sinners would not acknowledge their sin and they would not repent of wrongdoing. In teaching the Scriptures Paul sometimes named certain people by name who sinned and who would not repent of their sin, for they had possible influence over other people. Jesus did the same when he accused the Pharisees of their sins, and he did so in front of his disciples, for he did not want them to be influenced by them. And when we are teaching the truth of the gospel and we teach that if people who profess faith in Jesus continue in deliberate and habitual sin, that they will not inherit eternal life with God, all we are doing is sharing the judgment that God already declared against those who refuse to repent and to obey his commandments. But we should love all people and pray for them and do good to them and speak the truth in love to them for their good, for their salvation from sin.

Confusing times include women and people who support those women in God given men's roles in the church.
If one is in your church, LEAVE it immediately.
Do NOT follow or listen to such heretical women.

Thank you so very much Sue for your answer. Yesterday, I acknowledged that I am knocking at the door of the Lord when I ask you a question, and I am very grateful that you have graced me with an answer. Truly, thank you.

I have been born again for about 15 months. I am still in active sin (smoking tobacco) so I realize the hypocrisy that is in me while I'm witnessing for Jesus, and this hypocrisy is dangerous & prevents the Holy Spirit from witnessing/administering grace and truth through me for Jesus' Name sake.

I know the rock from which I was hewn: Isaiah 51:1 says, "Look unto the rock whence ye are hewn, and to the hole of the pit whence ye are digged"

I am early in my walk with Jesus and I love the Lord.

Sometimes I'm overtaken by fear because I am afraid that I don't know Him well enough & that I'm not close enough to Him & because I am encountering situations that require wisdom & faith and I find that I am not adequately prepared for the tests & am missing opportunities to serve Him faithfully. I guess I'm just afraid right now. I just don't want to let our Abba Father and Jesus and the Holy Spirit down. I lived my first 33 years of life walking after the imaginations of my own heart, and what was in my heart was terrifying. Honestly, I am afraid of what has been/may be/is in my heart.

Today, what I know is that I have been truthful here. Thank you. In Jesus Name. Amen.
