I think the point being made here is that the general public and our government's admin seem to respect the Koran (quran) over the Christian Bible.

Seems to me, fear is the motivation behind all this tolerance too.

That is exactly the point being made my friend. Is it fear propelled double standards or the god of this world railing against the One True God?

There are more mus ims coming to Christ today than any time in history and they will need the Word of God. Judging from your comments should I assume you support burning those bibles? I hope not.

A large part of our troops' efforts in Agfghanistan are aimed at improving peoples' basic living conditions.There are now Muslim merchants operating small businesses on ISAF bases in Afghanistan; Public Works projects such as road construction projects organized by ISAF Provincial Reconstruction Teams are being done by Afghans, all in an effort to create badly needed jobs. Some good prep work is being done to open these peoples' hearts to newer, better ways of thinking and eliminate the Taliban's power base. They are only starting to open the door to non-Muslims. That's why it was foolish and unnecessarily dangerous to try to sneak Bibles in through our military. That's why it is necessary to be as shrewd as snakes. It was a worthwhile idea, but the timing and methodology were way off.
