"Ethos" does not mean pagan, it means "peoples". When the New Testament was written, Jews considered every other people to be pagan. But thats not the meaning of the word.

What I said was....The Word that the bible uses means pagan...Not the word you substituted.

Check it for yourself in a Bible dictionary such as Strongs Strong's Greek: 1484. ἔθνος (ethnos) -- a race, a nation, pl. the nations (as distinct from Isr.)

you'd end up in a mess if you translate "ethnos" as "pagans" rather than "nations" in such passages as Revelation 21.

We can look back by the same spirit of faith as those were given the faithful vision to look ahead. Fulfilling the work of His faith a labor of the Love of the Father with the Son .

Israel is a nation apart, and is not to be numbered among the nations.
The word Gentiles (G1484 & H1471), used of the nations, makes that God ordained distinction clear.
In answer to your question:- The believer, whether of Israel or the nations, is One in Christ.
