Atheism is for fools

My good friend Sandra, a good Christian lady,
has been single for 30 odd years and has
just now met a man and he is an Athiest.
Obviously at this age she doesn't want to let him
go, as she may not find another one come along
as it's taken this long for the first one to arrive.
So she wants to know, how to go about converting
him, he's willing to learn, which is hopeful.
I think even willing to go to church, he just has a
real hard time believing it all, that's called Faith.
Can you give me any material on what she could use.
I can pass it onto her via emial.
I'd and she would really appreciate your help.
I pray he would be converted and they would stay
together, wouldn't like to see him take her into
his world. God forbid that.

True, however I hope when you preach in person to someone or people you have a more Christ-like loving, gentle tone. Otherwise, your not going to win the audiences attention by calling them fools or insulting them in any way.
On the other hand, atheists are certainly very dishonest, hide-away-from-GOD type of liars that is. No atheist I'm aware of could be even a bit honest that they deny GOD, really. Its no "accident" that they deny GOD.

Don't you think that is a bit judgmental? Even though it might seem true, they are just "lost" like we once were too. Nothing is impossible for God!

About your other question, (how to witness to an atheist) please go to The Way of the Master and download their free audio lesson called HBKS (Hells Best Kept Secret). This site is so informative and biblical that it will change your whole way of thinking when it comes to the spreading the gospel.

Truth according to who? Non-believers come to this site and if they read that it will chase them away and give them the wrong impression of us Christians.
Is it time about thinking and careing of non christians?
Think about the church.
Are there people in this world who dont know about Jesus or about the Gospel and dont listen about it in their life??? I think may be very very few...Yes that many dont accept the Gospel....But It is another thing. What about the Love we heard about it very much....I think christians need to know what love is not....They make mess nowdays of about what is love... Are you meaning the book?
I printed off the 200 pages of it, and am reading away at it.
I laid it out in chapters and staples them together I want to
loan Linda some of the best one's about Rick Warren.

Christians, in our town, we have now, foreigners who have
recently come in, they sell the Big Issue mag, well they are
so devious, they will stand outside the Faith Mission Bookshop
in the knowledge that Christians will go in and out and give
them money, they are not behind at asking for it either,
but now they do it in the German language so we won't
realize they are muslims.
9 times out of 10 I give them a gospel tract, hands up, yes
and money, but only a small coin, sometimes I have bought
them a bun so I dont' have to give them money,

I am too going to have to incline to agree with pebosworth on that comment. I am still very new to Jesus and only having find him again after what I have been through, to read something as that really disheartens me as I don't feel it's fair that you should have the power to judge and condemn what other people's religious belief is. God has entitled us with choices, choices that we should we make without hurting other people's. God teaches us (well at least for me) that no matter what other people's beliefs/religious beliefs is that we respect and love them for who they are. Even though they have an entirely delief belief system. In the end God exists for all different kinds of reasons - and isn't that amazing when you think about it?
I am very tempted to not come back to this forum after reading such a horrid and disrespectful comment, I have at least friends who are jewish,catholics and hindusim and I respect and love them for it- so imagine my reaction when I read that comment you made. I am very upset by that comment. I know this is a forum, but some comments like that can be very hurtful for those who are new to the world of jesus and his love.

Chad, I know you are the administrator and all, but as your sister in Christ I have to tell you that I don't think you are being very nice yourself. I think you could take a different, more loving approach to some of your replies. She is a baby Christian who has a lot to learn still. We should be teaching her, not chasing her away or mocking her. We should resemble Christ-like qualities, and I know some things make you angry, but even in our anger we should not sin and we should be Christ-like.
Openmyheart, please please please don't leave this forum. You can learn so much and grow so much. Not everyone is disrespectful and even some of them who are, are also just human and don't always intend to come across that way. There are many believers on this forum who are loving and caring and who can help you with your Christian walk. By leaving you would only be cutting your nose to spite your face. So please stay a bit longer and see how it goes. For one, I urge you to go visit this site (The Way of the Master), it will help you in a huge way with your walk and give you some insight into biblical truth. Your entitled to your opinion, but I know who I am and I'm honest, straightforward. Just like the OP was and just like Openheart is. Its a slap across the face to read what I responded to. It's clear you took offense by what she said and you shouldn't. It's not your fault what people say on the forum. It didn't make me "feel good" to say you weren't being very nice (implying that is not very nice).
I know as Administrator, it must be a tough job controlling this large forum, but also as Administrator more is expected of you. All I said was that your response was not very "Christ-like", if that's how it looked to me, you can be sure it looked the same to others too, perhaps some who are too afraid to be straightforward with the Administrator of this forum. Well I am sorry if at any way I caused you any distress, and it was not my intent to insult anyone at this forum with my comments. I was not writing anyone off. I was simply disagreeing with one comment that I had a right to disagree with. Obviously my disagreement came out wrong then I intended.
I am sure I will come across these sorts of comments on other forums, and I am very sorry that I have insulted anyone here by hiding behind my words. You must know that was not my original intent, my original intent was to express my view, and however I let my judgment slide with what I posted and for that I would like to apologize to you and the original poster that started this thread.

MAy be you are not christian? I dont say you are not real or good christian....May be you are realy even not christian? But you show you are........Why real christian must protect non believers and attack christians like me????
