Disappear? If you're talking about a possible pre-Trib rapture, you might be disappointed, brother. There's no biblical proof that resurrection trumpet will sound before the Tribulations take place. It's more probable that, if you don't deny Christ and stay on the narrow path even through strong persecution at that time - that you could eventually be one of the beheaded (Revelation 20.4). It's not impossible that Rapture would happen before the end of Tribulations but here again, there's no scriptural guarantee about that...

It's better to be spiritually ready to that possibility - and warn each other - than to be caught like a foolish virgin.

What we read in Matthew 24.9-14 warns us that many will fall (while the gospel is still preached to all nations).

Then they will deliver you up to tribulation and kill you, and you will be hated by all nations for My name’s sake. 10 And then many will be offended, will betray one another, and will hate one another. 11 Then many false prophets will rise up and deceive many. 12 And because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold. 13 But he who endures to the end shall be saved. 14 And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come.

I believe the Mark of the Beast is a physical mark but it also starts in people's mind. Those who reject the truth today by being part of the compromised church (living lukewarm and not sanctifying nor taking position for biblical truth) will also receive that strong dellusion from God mentioned in 2 Thessalonians 2.11 and they won't be able to resist the temptation of taking the physical mark. I also think that the believers who aren't ready (the foolish virgins of the parable) could also be the same ones who will be offended and betray the others in the passage above (underlined).

However, we have the LORD's promise that if we persevere in His Name and Truth, He will protect us from that great falling away: Because you have kept My command to persevere, I also will keep you from the hour of trial which shall come upon the whole world, to test those who dwell on the earth. (Rev.3.10)

About the Beast: I believe it's really a person (the one we call Antichrist) and also somehow a political system; the False Prophet is also a person and both are to be cast alive into the lake of fire:

Then the beast was captured, and with him the false prophet who worked signs in his presence, by which he deceived those who received the mark of the beast and those who worshiped his image. These two were cast alive into the lake of fire burning with brimstone. (Rev.19.20)

The False Prophet couldn't be Barak Obama, because according to its definition, being a prophet he has to be a famous religious figure (not only a Head of State) having a great influence on all peoples and tribes. Many thought that the False Prophet of Revelation could have been Mahomet, but he's not because, beeing dead, that one couldn't be thrown alive into the lake fire.

It could be Dalaï-Lama for example, but I'm personally convinced that the False Prophet is the actual Pope. He has two horns (crowns): being a king, respectively of the Roman catholic Church and of the Cita del Vaticano, an independant nation. He appears to many like a lamb (innocent, white, pur, religious...) but speaks like a dragon (spiritualseduction and deception, lies). When the Antichrist will come and reveal himself as the coming back messiah - and to the Jews as the coming messiah - the False Prophet will approve him and then will also start the signs and the lying wonders to convince the nations. By his authority, the False Prophet will force the world to worship that Beast as the messiah. We can expect new times of Inquisition from that universal Church (καθολικος ; catholicos = universal). All religions (including apostate christianity) seem to be already linking to the universal church - under the form of oecumenism - to become that religious babylon, the Great Harlot.

From my understanding, that would be the weak part of the Beast System, described as the Clay in the vision of Daniel 2.42-43:

And as the toes of the feet were partly of iron and partly of clay, so the kingdom shall be partly strong and partly fragile. As you saw iron mixed with ceramic clay, they will mingle with the seed of men; but they will not adhere to one another, just as iron does not mix with clay.

For the faithful church, this will be difficult times, but also the brightest hour for the testimony of our Lord and Savior Jesus-Christ!

Since you believe that there is no pre tribulation rapture, you should be preparing to live as long as you can through the tribulation. You will need vast amounts of water and food and the ability to keep it. I am not being smart I am serious about this. Do you live in the country or a city?

That was only almost two days ago. A day to the LORD is a 1000 years to us.

I do not think there is anything that must take place for the Catching away to happen? But It does not matter . We know We will be with the LORD soon ,no matter what.

I also believe the anti-christ guy is here now. But I do not know who he is. The world gotten so evil and even now most hate Christians already.

The world going to make us like the worse people on earth. We might even be kicked out of the church we go too? Or fired or anything?

But God will give us eternal rewards and much more for standing for HIM .

Most who were muslims have to give up there children and mates and everything they have ,maybe even there own lives?

So the price we might pay is not so much for the Glory He going to put on us Forever more.

Today we cannot believe our Government or churches or few others? The Media does not tell the truth much either.

I believe it all set up for the anti-christ . Our nation falling will affect the entire world. Because most count our money as important .
Once it about worthless, then it will be a big problem for all the world and here too of course.

All powerful nation fall from within mostly.
Really thee are lots of people here who love the LORD. But we have voted in evil people to rule over us time and time again. God made the United states Great ,but we are destroying ourselves.

People are being brain washed all the time. We hear things on T.V. and other places that are not even close to truth. Our minds are recording this junk.

I used to believe in pre-trib rapture because that doctrine has been taught in many churches as if a scriptural fact.

I know, as you mentioned, that many are now gathering food, weapons and supplies, but here again, I'm far from being convinced that it's the way God will protect his children. I believe there's not only one answer to that question and there would be different cases.

What I have in mind right now is:

If anyone has an ear, let him hear. He who leads into captivity shall go into captivity; he who kills with the sword must be killed with the sword. Here is the patience and the faith of the saints. (Rev. 13. 9-10)

I also have in mind what Jesus said: For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake will find it. (Mat. 16.25) This could certainly apply to those who will choose to be part of the Beast System.

Brother Spirit1st; I agree with every thing you wrote!

Only one thing: the gospel has already been preached but it's still preached and there are still people and tribes hearing it for the first time in their language. Just like for the wars, famines and earthquakes Jesus spoke about: these things have always existed in history but they have significantly augmented in our generation.

About TV: absolutely right. It's pollution, propaganda and another tool of mind control. I stop watching TV about 5 years ago.

Obama may not be THE Antichrist but he is definitely AN Antichrist. THE Antichrist is most likely the uncle of the king of Jordan.

I have for many years held to the saying "pray for pre (pre- tribulation), prepare for post (post trib). But in the past few years I have learned a lot about the Jewish festivals and Jewish customs and idioms and my heart is elated as I read the scriptures with a renewed understanding.

My hope is that when God's wrath is poured out on the earth, I will be hidden with Jesus in the wedding chamber as part of the Bride for whom the Bridegroom has made preparations.

Feast of Trumpets 2013 would be THE most awesome time for The Father to say "Well done Son, go get her."

@Strypes hehe... I understand very well what you mean, sister. Actually my husband is a Jewish believer and it may seem like a paradox to you but he's the first one who opened my eyes about the "pre-trib rap taken for granted" as a non-biblical teaching.

I think we need to keep in mind that, while I'm writing this, many brothers and sisters in many countries around the world are already persecuted and killed for the name of Jesus. That has nothing to do with God's wrath mentioned in book of Revelation (that will be very much worse)!
Almost all of the Apostles and Christians of the first centuries have also been executed for their faith. Throughout the Middle Age, thousands of peoples resisting the catholic dominion were also burned and tortured, so why should we be totally spared from all sufferings?

Aren't we bearing the same Cross?

(...) all who desire to live godly in Christ Jesus will suffer persecution. (2 Tim.3.12)

Jesus also warned us that, in the last days, we would be arrested for our testimony and many of us would be sold and betrayed by their brothers and sisters and even their family members.

For the time has come for judgment to begin at the house of God; and if it begins with us first, what will be the end of those who do not obey the gospel of God? 1 P 4.17)


For all those reasons, I think we can expect difficult times to come before the First Resurrection (we already see evident signs, things and new laws that weren't imaginable a few decades ago)...

Thanks anyway for your comment; I know very well the spiritual meaning of the Feast of Trumpets and I totally agree on that, but we still don't know when...

Don't misunderstand me: I'm not saying that it's impossible that the Rapture would come at the very beginning of Tribulation, but I'm trying to warn people not to make too much a doctrine out of this. I believe we're more prepared if we're aware to be going through a part of Tribulation. I prefer being caught by surprise with the resurrection Trumpet than being caught not prepared into the very difficult times that are coming.

Yes, Obama IS an Antichrist (and seems to be preparing very well the way for the official one). No doubt as we know the tree by its fruit. There can be no godly man who would say he believes in Jesus and at the same time, would deny Him by approving homosexuality, gay marriage, abortion and more. That's just so simple!

I believe the antichrist is a type of messianic figure who displays ... with all power and signs and false wonders...himself as God.

The antichrist does appear to be both a political and religious figure with extraordinary powers.
He is opposed to Christianity absolutely but is also able to sit in the temple of God.

Don't be too concerned about who is the anti Christ. There is nothing in the bible which says we must be correct in knowing who the anti-christ is to be raptured. In order to be raptured in the pre-trib rapture is very hard, we not only must be personally holy, we need to be free from denominationalism and be in fellowship with other believers outside the denominations. All denominations are in division and hence are still in the Babylonian empire and will face the tribulation period. Babylon means confusion, and all the denominations, of which there are many, are confused about doctrine, confused about God's will (many seek their own will, to get bigger, or more powerful , richer etc), confused about a number of things. Scriptural support is Revelation 18:4. Come out, so we don't share in her plagues. This is part of the price we have to pay to be rewarded with rapture. A faithful church is a church which is free from all the entanglements of the world including the Roman empire and divisions and are waiting for the Lord's return. Because God will rapture all the Christians at once, we have to be in fellowship and one with all the Christians. That is, it won't be pick and choose one here and one there, it will be all the one faithful church at once. He won't visit the Catholics, then the Lutherans, then the Baptists, then the Pentecostals, like He is grocery shopping. He will rapture the ones waiting for Him "outside the gate" in oneness and unity, and if they are arguing or fighting, He will pass them by. Scripture support is John 17:21 and nearby verses.

I used to be of the opinion that the Antichrist had to be a secular leader someone like a Hitler or a Stalin or the like, Obama or Sarkozy maybe, but recently on consideration of historic information and Biblical interpretation I think that's looking in the wrong direction.
I believe that both will be of the papacy, the false prophet and the antichrist. Scripture confirms one is the sixth and one is the eighth, this will be from the order of the modern papacy which began in 1927 through the inception of the Lateran Treaty.
It's beginning made the line of the modern papacy monarchs over the sovereign state of the Vatican, therefore literally kings. That is why they are called kings by scripture.
They have control over the rulers (secular) of the whole earth, they have infiltrated every aspect of power and authority through those who are willing to serve them and are committed to their cause to control the hearts and minds of all mankind.

If you examine the scriptures you'll find that Rev 13 clearly explains the fact that these two end time figures, the false prophet and the antichrist both come from the same institution or authority, Rev 13:12, "he exercised all the authority of the first beast(namely the 6th, see Rev 17) on his behalf, this is ecclesiastical authority, we are talking religious authority here.
The 6th was the one wounded by the sword or hand weapon yet lived and the world followed him, the 6th papal king in the modern line was John Paul 2, the final king is the eighth or Pope Francis.
Scripture says the world will be amazed at what we see!....will they see a JP2 clone?....I think that's what prophesy is alluding to!
Already in his short time as Pope, Francis has insisted on the sainthood of JP2 before the end of the year, the urgency itself is most peculiar by RC protocol standards as well as the standing down of Benedict.
If you want to investigate the Lateran Treaty go to Wikipedia and type in "Lateran treaty" and read Revelation 17, especially v 8-11.

We believe whats easier to believe, what fits our beliefs and biases. The next President will also be called the Antichrist. Bush who was a quote on quote Christian President got the same label for creating wars.

We must test all things, there's no perfect Government. The founding Fathers who many say were Christians were Freemasons and their contributions are reverend today. I'm sure they went through the same witch hunt, today's presidents experience.
I hope the church know there is nothing they can do to stop future events.

Seems to me according to scripture the rulers and kings of this world stand against the Lord and his anointed at the fulfillment of time, these ones along with the beast become drunk with power and the control of the world and its people.

The eighth king pope, the eighth beast of revelation 17 is now engaging with G20 leaders with regard Syria, will he be the beast that brings about the peace treaty?....I think so!
The other is yet to arrive who is also a beast and will be the attention of worship, he was the 6th revisited reading Rev 17 and is also an eighth alluding to plurality,.... two popes!
So Francis currently the eighth may well be the beast out of the great harlot that delivers the final 7 year peace treaty of Daniel.
His present political activity certainly suggests this a distinct possibility.

Obama His name given at birth (reason to doubt his birth in the United States) Has problems in many areas, communicating truth so people can fully trust what he says is just one area.
