Thanks, @Dave M
The danger is real, even a true believer, once saved, can be lost, and never renewed, because of final impenitence - a believer can harden his heart and sear his conscience to the point where sin no longer bothers him, he doesn't seek forgiveness, and is satisfied with his backslidden condition. I don't know if the people who have commit the unforgivable sin are not seeking forgiveness and repentance, they may, but aren't able to be renewed, because the grace has been taken away.
"For if we sin purposely after we have received the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a slaughter offering for sins,a
but some fearsome anticipation of judgment, and a fierce fire which is about to consume the opponents." (Hebrews 10:26-27).
"For ground that is drinking the rain often falling on it, and is bearing plants fit for those by whom it is tilled, receives blessing from Elohim,
but if it brings forth thorns and thistles, it is rejected and near to being cursed, and ends up by being burned." (Hebrews 6:7-8)
If the field of the believer brings forth fruits, it receives blessings from Yah to bear more, but if it, for extended amount of time brings forth fruitlessness then in the due time it will be rejected and burned, and the field will be left barren.
"You have abandoned me and turned your back on me," says the LORD. "Therefore, I will raise my fist to destroy you. I am tired of always giving you another chance." (Jeremiah 15:6).
