I am still trying to get used to the new site. Seems everything on the net gets old and outdated after a few years, I cant stand that, because you have to re-learn everything.

And for me since Google has recently made changes and I have to completely rebuild my website for my business, so I do understand the effort it takes to do it.

So Chad I do appreciate the amount of hard work in rebuilding your site and thank you for your loving community you have here. That's to me is what is important the people not the bells and whistles and technology.

Note sure if you can tweak this but the hyperlink in the email for the poll “here” doesn’t take you straight to the post. The announcement boxes still stay on top and you have to scroll through everything. I had quite a few announcements

There's a dismiss "X" button/icon on the top right of any alert notification on top of the page. The "here" link for the poll is also valid, just tested it myself.

Font is weak? I disagree. Colorless? This is intended to be colorful without being rainbow themed.

I like the design just fine. However, generally there is a very easy way to log out of an app. I really like this website even though I have not been active very much. When I’ve written software, it’s generally been very math intensive and not necessarily needful of logging out. As I see it, there should be a very obvious place to tap and log out. I don’t want to cast any negativity to this great site. I’m simply asking please add a logout icon at the top of your nice program.

Hi Jim. The logout button is already there. Click profile picture and drop down shows, last (4th) icon is the logout icon.

What's the issue with clean bright and white theme? There's 10,000 members on the site. No, I cannot please everyone or change the colors per members request.

Are you allow to contact churches on the internet to invite them to come join? Or do you think the church's e-mail system would forward it to spam because it is not listed in the e-mail addresses of the receiver's contacts?

I am not sure how contacting churches by Facebook will be like in inviting them to come, but I do not hold a current Facebook account right now. Sorry.

You Tube HAS A DARK OPTION which helps shield the brightness of the screen's light from pummeling my eyes. Maybe the TalkJesus forum can apply that option for members here. The words would be in white with the black backscreen.

Just updated the background highlight text color to a darker orange so the highlighted text is clearer, easier on the eyes.

Added unique icons per forum category on the home page. Each category (section) has it's own neat icon.

I just joined, so I'm not familiar with the old one, but this looks like a very minimalist design. Is this website using the XenForo software? To be honest, I couldn't really tell until I checked the profile page. It looks a lot like the XenForo profile page. But if it hadn't been for that particular aspect, I wouldn't have been able to tell what software it was. :wink:
