small town cults in my opinion are where you're going to find this "quality of salvation" type situation where, even if you do believe and know Jesus, you're still in danger of hell.

Paul washer used to say things that were pretty close to this.

calvanists teach something similar but the way they do it is by declaring that no one knows if they are saved or not.

All born again from above Christians know they are saved and the elect, by the Holy Spirit in them. When God chooses you, there is no mistaking a life changing supernal action has changed them. To many people claim they are Christians that aren't. Their life shows it.

free will to rebell, ability to choose God on your own, eternal salvation, conditional/unconditional salvation..

these things can't exist all at the same time with a God who respects your free will to leave.
so yes, Jesus is correct in saying "no one can pluck them from my hand" when that statement is made in the context of other people hearing it and interpreting it plainly as in english. even dogs can and do commit suicide. you can choose to rebel. thus your salvation is contingent on you putting your hand to the plow and not looking back.

aka.. work. yes, its hard, but worth it. if you choose to believe it.

in general, i pick on Calvinists and perhaps i should not... because they are the most angry people i've ever met in real life.

anger is not a gift of the Spirit.

Its to bad you run into angry Calvinists. Anger is a sin actually. All Christians aren't Calvinist, but all Calvinists are Christians. I've run into Calvinists who cannot tell me why they are. If you are a Chosen one, you are in Christ and the peace that Christ gives you is in you and to love is above all else, because Christ loved me first.

God chooses everyone who does this..

YOUR "Faith is counted by God".

Something that a Calvinist is unable to comprehend, is that God is not looking for His faith, He's looking for YOUR Faith.

So, if God causes you to believe, then that is not you doing it... .and God is looking for YOUR Faith....

Your NT says... "without Faith its impossible to please God", and that does not mean..>>>"unless God causes you to have HIS FAITH inside you, """"

Some of you, who are knee deep in TULIPs, need to read, the First Commandment.

Its says... "to LOVE God"..

And that means YOU DO IT........ YOU CHOOSE TO LOVE GOD>......as He's not going to cause that.. just like He's not going to cause you to have FAITH... in Christ.

But if you will give Him YOUR FAITH then God will accept it.

He's looking for YOUR Faith.

i don't have the words for it but the calvanist (and others hindered by the same limitations)

have somekind of strange, almost childhood trama blockage that is preventing them from maturing past the age the child discoveres they have true free will and are accountable for their own actions.

and, i can understand some of this, i'm not blaming them for all of it. but the "cage stage calvanist" is a mental state i can understand, i just don't have the english to describe it. the best thing you can do is try and calm them down. some need a drink, others need lithium lol.. try and get them to pray about their trama. if you can do this, they can escape it, practically overnight.
