Can you name just ten true Born again Biblically correct TV preachers in the US of America?

Are you serious Joyce Meyer is a woman what is she doing behind a Christian pulpit?

Now investigate WHY Paul Muzzled the women in his ministry, and what the Regional religious mindset was in the areas effected. There were no such "commands" in the JErusalem church.

There are two passages that include in guidelines for being an elder / bishop -- Titus 1:5-9 or so. and 1Timothy 3: 2 and following verses.

Being the husband of one wife. That means a man being a preacher // teacher of a mixed adult group. In fact - a man should be teaching boys from jr. high age and on up. A man being the authority figure.

It's been investigated many times over. What are your findings on this? Scriptures please.

Dear Bob,
Maybe, reading Romans 16 over again, might give you a different perspective on how Paul saw women, and their roll in the church.
The only part I can agree with is how RCC uses Mary in their worship/dogma.

If you can't provide scripture on your points in this post, it might be best not to use them.

With the Love of Christ Jesus.

Bill Hybels
Ravi Zacharias (passed 2020)
Alistair Begg
Billy Graham (passed)

We would include the following to your list:
Tony Evans
James Merritt
Adrian Rogers (passed)
Ed Young Sr.
Robert Jeffress
Jack Graham
Michael Youssef
Robert Morris
Greg Laurie
Allen Jackson

@CareGiver -- Am familiar with Tony Evans -- Adrian Rogers -- Robert Jeffress -- DAvid Jeremiah -- Ravi Zacharias -- Billy Graham -- and yes, several of these men have passed away. Good Bible teachers. :)

I used to listen to Paul washer, no more. Another apostate fake christian. Since I removed myself from organised religion I then realised the truth, he is as false as the rest of them.

Many believers can be trusted with money. They have money but not the love of money.

What is the 'false materialism' you say Joel Osten preaches? I have heard others say this before so I made a point of watching him a few times. He emphasized faith, and encouragement to believers. Not only concerning their material things but in their victorious walk with God. He placed more emphasis on it than I would, but that didn't make him a false teacher. What false views of Jesus Christ does he have and teach? I praise God so many attend with a Bible in their hand.

No, you didn't hit a nerve. I've heard this before.

(1 Tim. 4:3) says 'sound teaching'. I guess it would apply to Joel Osten if you considered what he taught not 'sound teaching'. But 'sound teaching' covers a lot of area.

Quantrill
Joel Osteen went on Larry King and said that there were " many paths" to get to heaven. This is not true. There is only one.

Hold the brakes on Ravi. And can we be so sure about any on this list?

@ Mister -- you know what's kind of sad. People put other people up on a pedistal -- Mr. Zacharias was an outstanding apologist, but he was also human. He's not alive now to say anything in response. Now I also didn't listen to the entirety of the YouTube article. I Did read most of the "The Christian Post" article. It seems though that there are those who will do anything to tarnish the reputation of Godly men. As for him living a double-life. Well -- he -- All of us will be answering to God for what we've done and said and thought.

And, lots of times, the more 'we' try to do the Right thing -- the more we end up disappointed with ourselves because we end up doing Other-wise and then regret it.

Let's remember him for the good he did as an apologists. And God is dealing with him for everything else. Just as He will with us.

Can you name 10 biblically correct preachers in churches? Whether or not a preacher of any kind is biblically correct is none of our business....Our business is to be biblically correct ourselves.

We have a responsiblity to both our own spiritual life and that of the church. We are not called to be deserted islands, but to be part of the collective church, the spiritual church as a whole, even those who for some reason dont go out to a local church but watch tv or radio preachers to help be encouraged to grow in the Lord. This site is filled with preachers, including yourself. If someone disagrees with you, does that make you one of those statistics? Now this being said, a good many of the "popular" evangelists are somewhat corrupted by thier popularity if nothing else. The old power corrupts statement.

Definitely Derek Prince and Francis Chan.
Billy Graham in his day.
I like David Jeremiah for the most part.

I have a theory about fallen pastors.
Jimmy Swaggert, Jim Baker, Ted Haggard, Ray Boltz, it seems like there are many..... maybe Ravi too, I don't know.

But God used people who made mistakes. Practically everyone in the Bible (except Jesus) sinned and made mistakes at some point, but God still used them.
in fact, I'm fairly convinced, the more correct a preacher is, the more he is on Satan's most wanted list. The best preachers are the biggest targets.

There seen to be some televangelists that never have problems, Satan never bothers them.. I wonder why that is?

Ravi seemed to want to be right more than anything as he was, in fact, an apologetic. At least thats the scent I picked up from listening to him on the radio.

Of course first and foremost to follow is Jesus and let the Holy Spirit teach you all things. Test all things.
