Cartoon Nudity

You talked about some kid running for her life in WW2, well that was a different situation but the one quoted above is not appropriate at all.

I remember a news photographer's photo from the Vietnam war of a nude young girl running screaming (with a number of other children) down a street in Saigon fleeing the horror of warfare. It's a picture that is etched in my mind, but not in a sexual way. Its a picture that breaks my heart.

this is on the topic of cartoons, but it involves another issue. I was watching a popular children' s cartoon once, and the main chracter made a comment about evolution.. Why do our children have to be indoctrinated by this trash even in cartoons?

Noah in Genesis 9:20+ got drunk and naked. His son Ham saw him naked and had his son Canaan cursed because of it.

Would it have been more acceptable if it was only a picture of Noah?

I would like to say, the human body is a beautiful creation. We came into this world naked only to be covered with a blanket by a nurse, doctor, midwife not because it's an abomination but for comfort.

The look on a mothers face when changing a diaper, or a dad's face when giving his baby girl a bath is Love..
This love comes from the appreciation of life, and the want to protect this life.

In some tribes women still go topless and it's completely normal, the men and the boys grow up seeing it. The woman is respected and admired for fertility not
sexuality.

Art is used for communication good and bad.

It would take a pervert to remove the girl from the situation and see her as a sex object. The purpose of that photo I'm sure was not for pleasure but to hit a nerve, for the viewer to ask themselves the question " Why "

Because of Sin and our awareness of sex, nude pictures are mostly seen as obscene.

Talking about it does nothing, analyzing it does nothing and debating it does absolutely nothing.

Call your local network and ask them to removed the program, if this does not work gather like minded individuals to also write complaints. We sat back, said and did nothing for so long, that nudity is no longer a main issue. You can now find gay gestures in commercials, cartoons , music videos and movies.

The human body is no longer being portrayed in Love but lust by the majority of media outlets. An innocent semi nude photo of a baby in a diaper commercial can be done in good taste, but the mind of a pervert person can twist it for their own selfishness.

Nudity is not bad, but nudity in the hands of a perverted society destroy lives.

We Christians use the media to publicize our beliefs. How can we be surprised when our opponents do the same? Protecting our children from indoctrination is not the role of media regulators, it is the role of the family and the church.
