The following scripture supports brothers (male believers) living together in groups of two or three. And by extension this verse supports believers living together as roommates and neighbors in one or more larger groups on one or more plots of land, separate from unbelievers.
Holy Bible - Matthew 18:18-20 (ESV)
18 Truly, I say to you, whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth shall be loosed[f] in heaven. 19 Again I say to you, if two of you agree on earth about anything they ask, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven. 20 For where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I among them.”
And so where at least two (or more) brothers in Christ are gathered together in the name of Jesus Christ, Jesus is there among them, and whatever they agree on, our Father in heaven will do for them.
Of course this passage does not require brothers to live together as roommates or neighbors, but only to physically gather together in each other's presence.
However, it is far better for brothers (and sisters and mothers) to live together on one plot of land separate from unbelievers, than to be scattered among the unbelieving, as is now the case.
