Did God Use Evolution?

if i may add my short and sweet two cents here: aren't we overlooking the fact that once God made everything that He told it to produce after it's own kind!! He established to rules of procreation, did He not? if He did then that is exactly how they must go for His Word is established forever, is it not?

another real problem is the fact that in the account of creation given each part is called into existence already established separate from all other parts. whether you speak of sun, moon, stars, fish, birds, or dogs, they are all introduced sometimes simultaneously yet always distinct over one another. as to man and apes there ain't no way because scripture specifically states that man was made from the dust of the ground with His own Hands. no other part of creation was made by such a manner but we were. what an expression of sweet love that He made us by His own two Hands!!!

Some of this stuff boggles my mind. I read lots of threads on this part of the site, prophesy and all that, and hey, I nor you know. Only God knows.

Evolution huh? Somewhere in the Bible (I have read it more than a few times) it says Mans most intelligent thoughts and wisdom is simply foolishness to God.

Ever see a Sea Dragon? I saw one last week at an aquarium. Very beautiful and unique.

My thought on this and I believe they came from within, are that yes God creates all things. In his way.

The problem with evolution is we think of it in Mans way, we have to see this and that and need to be hammered over the head with facts and truths.

I simply leave it alone and for sure know God created all things, and most likely does create other things as time moves on, he is the master builder, the holder of the plan. It is his will and right to do as he wishes.

I myself simply believe all things were made by him. One way or the other. Does not matter to me how, just that they are.

A day to the Lord is like a thousand years...does anyone think that God was worn out by anything He did in those seven days that relate to the human being? I don't.

He could have created and destroyed many things, like the earth was a etchasketch, make something, turn it over shake it, start over. Dinosaurs, ape looking upright walking "man" like creatures etc. We will not know unless someone gets bored enough when we get to heaven to even ask Him.

The human being has been the same...like God is never changing, if He did not make a way for the change to take place, it is not going to happen. People blame pollution on man, but God inspired the thoughts that have created everything on this earth, and there is absolutely nothing new under the sun. It is not like as if someone brought in some outside thing to our earth, it was already here.

How do we know that our twenty four hour period is not just the second hand increments of time measurements on God's clock?

He is pretty awesome ya know. He knows everything, Al Gore does not. Christopher Columbus would have never thought the earth was flat had he read the bible well. Darwin had an idea...it was wrong, but it worked well to serve the purpose of separating those who trust God and those who just go with the flow.

Seems as though you are interspersing truth with error. Dinosaurs weren't just naked birds. They were as different from birds as we are.

have you ever seen any video's from kent hovind? he sais that its very probable that there was twice as much oxygen in the air when God first created the earth. so if you take any animal, bug, lizard, or human, they will be 2-3 times our size. so if you take a lizard(lizards never stop growing) and add a couple thousand pounds to it, and you get a dinosaur. same with any bird. but when the great flood happened, the waters from the heavens(which i think is another atmospheric layer, which is probably why there was twice as much oxygen) they all died, their skin and feathers disappeared. all archeologists find is the bones, then they just guess what it looked like.
