I have been seeing a nutritional doctor for about a month now for mineral balancing in my system . He has me drinking distilled water with 2 fresh squeezed lemons per gallon a day . This is used to balance out you're P.H. level's in you're body . Too much acid in you're system will have consequences in the long run . At first , I had terrible heartburn , but I alway's did anyway . But the distilled water , and fresh lemons has caused my body to balance out my P.H. , and rid me of my heartburn . This also is a great way to cleanse you're digestive system , and oxygenate the cell's in the body . Just a little info from my doctor visit's . Mike :boy_hug:

I make my tea with distilled water and lemon juice, does this have the same effect? I can easily drink a gallon of ice tea daily.

I have read some information in several sources that also mention
that adding lemon juice to water is a great way to reduce the amount
of acid in your system. I also read that drinking 8 glasses of water
per day (with lemon juice added) is a great thing to do. Do you agree?

Sylvia . I was told by my nutritionist that decaffeinated green tea will work well with distilled water and lemons . Mike


Brother Johnson . You are right . That is why the nutritional Doctor started with distilled water and fresh lemons . This will cause your body to become less acidic by neutralizing the water and lemons . Results are a balanced P.H . in the body and less heartburn / water retention . Mike

How is it going ? At first it burns a little but then it goes away . My doc said use 2 fresh squeezed lemons / to 1 gallon of distilled water . If it is too bitter , cut back to 1 lemon . Mike

We really need to take care of ourselves. People do not realize that most illnesses start in the colon (i.e., cancer).

Many will finance a new car, and yet neglect eating healthy. I have heard repeatedly that eating healthy is very expensive. I would rather drive a used car, and take care of my body. Where are our priorities?

A chap I work with was drinking lemon and hot water first thing in the morning apparantly it gets your system going and is great for weight loss , I tried it and ended up looking like a jack russell chewing a wasp three weeks later he broke out in red blotches all over his body and the Docs put it down to all the Vit C I in turn went back to my daily dose of morning caffiene. lol
