It seems to me that you are wrestling. Put on the whole armour of God [Ephesians chapter 6] including the shield of faith, "wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked."

I have taught my daughter to push back, hard: several of her friends have come to Christ because of things she has done in the armour.

Why should that ancient dragon abuse the daughter of the Lord God most high and get away with it continually?
"He that is in you is greater than he that is in the world." Push back. The word of God is called a two edged sword for a very good reason. It cuts on both the lead stroke, and the back stroke.
