Hello

I completely believe in John 14:6. I agree with most, if not all things Jesus have said in the bible. I think Jesus and me are alike actually.

I have always told my boyfriend about this many times. It is not about what Jesus said. It is about what he meant. You think Jesus is asking you to worship him? That is the exoteric meaning. The deeper spiritual meaning has been kept hidden for decades, because they do not want you to find out about it. They give you a watered-down version of everything. The Vatican today hides billions of important documents. Many of those Jesuits are fully aware of what they are doing. Protestantism is nothing but a shy attempt to reform some things.

"I am the way, the truth and the life, no man comes to the Father but by Me" --- Jesus Christ

The "I" at the beginning is the "ME" at the end, meaning the Self is everything. The Self is the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End. (Revelation 22:13)

Christianity is not swimming against the stream or society. Christianity is one of many streams! It is the main thing in our society. It is a mainstream religion.

By the way, if you support governments, then you support slavery and the stream. Just think about the people who killed Jesus in the first place. Jesus said, "No one can serve two masters. Either you will hate the one and love the other, or you will be devoted to the one and despise the other."

You say heaven or hell is everyone's future. Well Heaven and Hell are real.

"Everything we call real is made of things that can not be regarded as real." - physicist, Neils Bohr.

Welcome to Hell. It is already this world. Just see around you. We are killing animals, cutting the trees, and polluting the air we breathe.

To initiate means to begin a spiritual journey. Even Paul said "the letter kills" but the Spirit "gives life." Baptism and sometimes the cross symbolize Christian initiation. Every Spiritual path has a unique symbol explaining its initiation. I got only one tattoo, and it is a symbol of my own spiritual initiation. I am devoted to the Spirit dwelling within me, which is the Spark of consciousness.

@BubbleFlower -- the Big difference between you and I and all of humanity is that 'we' are people and Jesus Christ is deity.

A born-again believer is to be living as Christ-like a life as possible -- yes.

We Are to be worshiping God -- we Do have salvation through His Son , Jesus Christ.

Christianity is the Only way. Christianity has the One and Only risen Savior.

No one actually killed Jesus Christ. He was already dead -- having freely given His life for us. Took our sins with Him to the cross and died with them.

Well -- yes, -- we Do kill animals to eat -- chicken, turkey, deer, fish --- and we Do cut down trees for fuel to keep warm / fire places. Going out camping. And, yes, Lots of things pollute the air we breathe.

I Do support the government in this country -- we are Told to. We are to pray for the leaders in every level of government.

Granted that some places in this world probably Do seem like 'hell' to those living there. But, since you're familliar with Revelation -- you Also know how hell is described -- lake of fire and brimstone.

God's Word Also tells us that a born-again believer has the Holy Spirit indwelling us. Your 'spark of conscienceness' is the Holy Spirit.

How about "Jesus means what He says and says what He means".

We set our clocks back an hour tonight. I'll be in church tomorrow. :)

Hello. My name is Kacey. I am originally from Québec. We moved to the US when I was so young. This site came on my search when I was looking for Christian forums and family matters. I am not a believer. I have no religion, but I am in a relationship with a Christian, and I am madly in love with him. We ran into few problems, but I hope we can overcome our differences. I consider myself a very spiritual person.

I am a university student. I study psychology. I love travelling so much, movies, anime, drawing, and art. I hope I can learn something about God.

Thank you,

I'm glad you're here Kacey and do hope, pray this forum community will compel you to accept Jesus. There's no better way, realistically speaking from my own experience even.

Sue,

You say there is a big difference between Christ and us, because he is a deity. Jesus is also a human being. Christ's has two natures: divine and human. If you are a protestant, you believe in this, unless you belong to one of these Orthodoxy sects. Do you disagree with the Reformed Theology?

"Is it not written in your Law, 'I said, "You are Gods"'? ---- Jesus Christ said that in (John 10:34)

As you can see, Jesus himself said others can be Gods, too. He is speaking about the True Self, which is a continual process in a Spiritual journey. The Self is the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End. (Revelation 22:13) The Self is everything. The Self is God and the Devil.

Christianity is Your only way; it is not the way for many people, and Jesus did not support governments. You follow Paul, not Christ. You cannot have two masters. Choose Jesus or Paul.

Are you saying hell is a literal hell, rather than a spiritual experience? Hell in ancient texts meant a place for healing and renewal. Many people will go there to receive the renewal of the Self, and very few will NOT go there only because they have a spiritual mind that even can survive Death itself. The first law of thermodynamics states that energy can neither be created nor destroyed; energy can only be transferred or changed from one form to another. In other words, what is within you will be transferred into something else. The output will be the result of the input.

I hope you enjoyed your day at church. The temple of God is within, and not in these physical buildings. Christ himself said that.

Chad. Jesus does not care if you accept his person or not. That gives you a 'title', and nothing more than that. Jesus actually cares about the context or the Soul, not the title you choose to pick for yourself. That is meaningless. I am only that Spiritual essence. In the Spirit, I have no first, last name, or a title. I am improbable probability, order from Chaos, because I have freed thyself.

Jesus wanted people to accept the truth and the freedom in HIS Spiritual teachings. I only think those who claim to 'follow him' have not yet.

"If you bring forth what is within you, what you bring forth will save you. If you do not bring forth what is within you, what you do not bring forth will destroy you." --- Christ.
