Counting Blessings
Chad has never failed to perform his duties with integrity and sound Biblical guidelines. While Spiritual growth and fellowship are obviously the focus here at Talk Jesus, open discussion is encouraged. This priviledge has to be protected and exercised with responsible leadership. It has been my experience that Chad has performed his leadership role with superlative judgement and compassion, not to mention his sterling professionalism in administration.
The consequences of irresponsible behavior are not unreasonable, and the fact that many minors visit this site with regularity compells a rigid adherence to the rules. There are many parents here that allow their children to chat with a sense of security and trust. I myself encourage my 11 year old nephew to fellowship on Talk Jesus. I do so in large part because I know Chad is there, protecting him.
Chad, you have my vote of confidence, not only as this sites' administrator, but as a brother in Christ, and a man with outstanding character.
I don't know what others may do, but as for me, I count Chad and Talk Jesus as one of my most cherished blessings.
