just let me say you are not alone in this if the enemy can create doubt in you HE WINS..how ever there is hope in Christ ..somtimes thats not enough for us i know but its the best we have..and the very best God could give ..when we feel like weve done all for Christ we can get prideful..In my time in the ministery (24 yrs) ive felt short often when it came to doing enough for God (read my post the Glove in poetry ) and thats when i see God do His best with what ive given him ...when i am weak He is strong because i have reached what i know is my limitations..BUT NOT GODS...have faith and Know that nothing can remove you from the love of GOD..and in doing all to stand..THERFORE STAND......Rev

guys thank you so much for you help . I have realised that I have bin blinded by the devil which was making me think that I was worth nothing and I was wrong about that cos I know how much jesus love me no matter what I do or no matter how many times I fall I know jesus will allways take care of me. now and again I keep hearing the voice in my head that keep saying things against the holy spirit and then after I worry if I'm going to go to hell for it ????............. but I know that everytimes the devil trys and attack me I say this ''SATAN IN THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST MY SAVIOUR GET OUT OF MY WAY....... I REBUKE YOU IN THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST!) but sometimes I feel like enought

Good to hear your still looking to Christ. There are some very helpful threads here that can help you to grow in your faith and knowledge of Jesus the Christ. As Chad said earlier, you are indeed welcome here at TJ so don't let the enemy discourage you in that either. Please don't hesitate to ask for help in the forums or by PM.

i am blessed to know that you have a heart for God and you listen to His voice above all..they say when sheep heardrs are in the village they put all the sheep in one large pen and when its time to go the sheep hearders call out their sheep and the only ones that answer are the ones that know their masters voice...all good and perfect things come from above ..know the masters nature and you will know His voice above all others...God bless and keep you on His path...IN Jesus name .....Rev P.S Moses was a basket case too ya know...

hi all
wonder if someone can help me out here . for the last week or so I have bin feeling like my faith is falling apart , I feel like everyone in this life/world is out to get me (yes I know that not everyone is out to get me , but if you was in my shoes then you might just understand why .)
I also feel like I'm not doing enought to be jesus's follower . I just feel so depressed cos of not doing enought for jesus , yes I know that jesus cares about me. maybe it;s the devil attacking me ? all I want is to make sure that I'm on the road to getting to my home in hevan , but what is really inportant is that I live forever with jesus , thats my goal in life to earn that , but I feel like I'm miles off of this .

sounds to me like you are trying to earn it(works). you cant buy your way in with money or good deeds. its a gift. you even used the word "earn" when talking about your goal in life.

what can you do for God? God dont need us to do anything. when the hebrews was leaving egypt no person could have escaped by their strength, but God parted the sea for them.
i have learned all i can do is just live a life that is acceptable to God based on what i know he has told me and what the bible says. to live simple and not foolish. the bible says no flesh will glory before the lord. there will be no preachers in heaven saying "praise God, 700 saved in my congregation on sunday. in the book of revelations only the lamb that was slain was worthy to open the seal. what Jesus did while he walked amoung us and then crucified is as exactly as he said while on the cross. "it is finished" there is nothing more we can do or add. we either obey and are blessed by him, or we dont obey and reap consequenses of sin, which is death.
when i got saved i was in jail and no one would write or accept my calls. all humans turned on me. (with good cause) and God came to me in jail. no person telling me the good news. He didnt need a human to do that. he can make children from abraham out of some stones. God dont need us. it is nice when he does use us though.

hi guys I just want to thank you all for you help and advice and also your prays . but today has bin a hard today for me, yes I know it's good friday but I've bin depressed at it all started last night when I when to bed then as the night when on I then felt jesus so close to me like it flet so so real to me and it was when I was with him I felt so so much better. but then in this afternoon I flet depressed again ( and yes it was not feeling jesus so close to me like I did last night)
I was feeling very down about jesus dying for me and that he was not as close as I've said he bin . guys please tell me what it going on here cos I did enjoy last night (when I said last night I mean in the middle of the night ) when I flet him so close with his arms around me . I'm so sorry if this don;t make senses but I'm just very down and confused .

Hi For Christ! As I was reading your thread,the Lord was speaking this to me to say to you. Remember when you were a little child? Remember how you dad, or mom held you so close,but,then the time came to put you down next to them,notice I did not say away from them! Next to them.

Can you hold a son or daughter all the time? No at times you must sit them down next to you,always watching them,and smiling, showing them you are never far away! That is Jesus to his children ,us being his children. Sometimes we cry out for more attention then we need,but Father is right there!!

Watching every move you make,knowing the right time to once again hold you close.The purpose of sitting you down, is so even though you are not in the arms of our Father,you are the very same!! Even sitting next to our Father! This is the confidence he wants us all to have in him.

So fear not,nor be dismayed in any way!! Jesus is right next to you,even as he is to each one of us his loving children! For Jesus himself calls a child to himself at all times!! For who is the Greatest in the Kingdom of God?? You are,and we are, for we are in verse 2 and 3 of Matt 18!! We in verse 4 remain humble next to our Loving Father!! amen! For WHOEVER!!receives one such child in MY NAME!! Receives ME!! Praise God for his great love always for us!!
