4. Can God create and tend, simultaneously, more than one Universe at a time? If so, what is the nature of the existence which can contain multiple universes?

We would need to define what "a time" means to you because I'm not sure what that means.
Who's time,what kind of time?There's to many variables involved in time.

Consider this,when you dream you walk around on solid ground in a body and there are solid objects and people and gravity and grass and trees and there is time and space,sometimes even stars so I would imagine that there could be an entire cosmos that you could travel through.
To your awakened self they are not real.To your sleeping self they are real.
So are they real?You can dream of a different universe every time you sleep thou perhaps not simultaneously.
So to some degree you are experiencing the nature of such an existence which can contain multiple universes.
If you became aware that it was a dream and were able to control that dream how would you explain that to those folks in the dream?

Those individuals you experience in your dream are just perspectives of your expectations being
what you expect them to be.In you they live and move and have their being.While you are asleep they are real to you because you created them.
And because you created them and maintain and uphold them you believe in them at that time.The many of us dreaming in separate universes are doing so in a collective universe.
The only thing that remains constant in this universe and the one in my sleepy head is my experience obtained through observations.This leads me to believe that I am not a body but a mind experiencing a body.
Scripture has it that in him we live and move and have our being so it is telling me that this universe is inside another universe.
