Is it bad to drink milk?

Hey Stylez!

I know we have a supermarket down here called Publix and they have a little section of food & beverages that are all natural. No chemicals or hormones. See if your local grocery store has the same section. If not, see if you have a Whole Foods in your area or another organic foodstore.

Milk is very good for you, but if you find it causing acne, maybe you can try using Neutrogena Deep Clean Oil Free facewash. It's awesome

:)

If I keep promoting soy in this thread coconut is going to email me a virus nicknamed "soyful" lol :P

ROFL! I spread insanity, not bugs :p

BTW, coconut milk is the healthiest milk, try it, its delicious!
If anyone needs some info on that, i`ll be happy to find it for you.

Coconut milk is that where you get your name from then coconut?

Soya milk is awful taste. Not heard of coconut milk but guess that would be expensive too. More information would be helpful thank you sister. Not sure, but I think I am not allowed to have coconut on this diet I have been given.

God bless

uh...no...Coco-NUTS is where I get my name LOL ...but actually i`m a fan of the coconut...I think if everyone knew how amazing the coconut is (not me haha) for health, inside and out, they would jump on my band wagon ;)

I just checked it up on the list the doctor gave me and coconut is indeed listed in the food s to avoid or to eat rarely(high in fat and /or 'unhealthy' foods).

So are a lot of other foods in the same list including roast potatoes which I really enjoy. Icecream too. OK I found some low fat icecream recently so that will help.

God bless

Thanks for the info, I try everything for my acne but it dry up my skin and at the sometime I have sensitive skin.

so wait a sec..

Is soy good or bad??

Iv heard that it can cause a few problems, but isnt that only the genetically modified soy?

As for cows milk, the one you buy in cartons at the supermarket.. i wouldnt say thats the most healthiest choice...unless you find milk that is unhomogenized, and preferably non pasteurized. Ive read that milk (although high in calcium) can actually be bad for the bones, because it actually strips the bones of magnesium. Its also very mucus forming.

mm.. i'll opt for goats milk...or raw cows milk. I drink organic soy milk, but im not even sure if that is the healthiest choice. Although, i do think that its much better than the milk you buy in cartons.

We use coconut milk when we cook, as for soy I'm now returning to it, Silk , chocolate flavor has a great taste.

Interesting to note that a lot of milk induced issues have begun since the advent of pasteurization rules and regulations. My grandfather was a dairy farmer in the Midwest and the milk straight from the chill room was far better tasting and supposedly better for you than the commercial products I am allowed to purchase today. Now my parents reside in central Florida and there are some farms in the area who have been allowed to sell milk straight from the farm for human consumption; it is pricey though.

My own answer is that it is not bad to drink milk... stress the "own" part of that.

Got Milk?!
