Yes, the people of Sodom were rich in resources and with the people back, they could harvest much more. They had good resources and did little to help others with all those resources.

I used to be a big fan of the series. ALL of it.
*Making the titular character who is male a female was the fatal blow. Just b/c a series has aliens/whatever that can change does NOT mean the main character can and should.
*Blackwashed the Doctor who has ALWAYS been played by a White British male. Changing that is not good.
*BBC used nostalgia to bait the stupid and ignorant "fans" into watching b/c it's trendy to mess up and ruin already established characters and series.

I think the lead actress, Jodie Whittaker, did a really good job in keeping with the personality of "the Dr." I liked the initial stories until they started pushing lesbian tendencies on her.

Then the plot line went rather bizarre, with Dr. Who formerly being a black female who erased her own memory prior to becoming the first Dr. in the 1960's ?? and then some "big reveal" about the Dr. being a child from a different universe whom the Galifreans exploited to obtain the powers of time travel. ?? It rather snapped the rubber band of credulity.

I liked the Peter Capaldi arc, when I thought I wouldn't. It would be interesting to see what Hugh Laurie would do with the character. And as an aside, there's a YouTube video with Rowan Atkinson as the Dr. and that's a hoot.

"The Timeless Child" all but killed it.
Blackwashing and gender-swapping a character is one of the WORST things that is done even when it's possible.
It fits the Master far more than the Doctor.
Capalidi's time would've been a lot better but when he was given worse scripts he can only do so much.

I saw that and it was hilarious.
Dr. Who past Capaldi is nothing but Woke trash.
