Jesus The God That Men Had Seen In The O.T.

@JesusIs4Me

Is it unlawful for a Judge to appoint a Judge?

Joh 3:35 The Father loveth the Son, and hath given all things into his hand.

1Co 15:24 Then cometh the end, when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and power.
1Co 15:25 For he must reign, till he hath put all enemies under his feet.
1Co 15:26 The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death.
1Co 15:27 For he hath put all things under his feet. But when he saith all things are put under him, it is manifest that he is excepted, which did put all things under him.
1Co 15:28 And when all things shall be subdued unto him, then shall the Son also himself be subject unto him that put all things under him, that God may be all in all.

1. It was my God that prevented our Lord from prevailing against Jacob.

The same "man" that Jacob declared of having seen God face to face in wrestling with Him. You will ignore Jacob testifying that he has seen God face to face and just focus on one word in that he wrestled with a "man".

2. It is my God that does not change.

God requires man to have 2 or 3 witnesses to establish a word in testimony or to judge any one; That same God does the same thing that man is required to do otherwise He is a hypocrite. Since He is not a hypocriet, the One God consists of Three Witnesses within the One God for how a word of God is established in creation and for how God scattered the people by confounding their language at the tower of Babel. Indeed, the Hebrew word for God in scripture is plural, and even the Jews do not deny that; but continue to this day in denying that relevancy to the One God being the Triune God for why they had crucified Jesus Christ our Lord.

3. It is my God who is the only one who is Good.

Jesus was lifting the sight of the rich young ruler higher when he called Him "good". Unfortunately for the rich young ruler, he not only failed to comprehend his acknowledgement of Him being good as Him being God, but failed to give up all that he hs in following Him in order to enter into the Kingdom of Heaven; for which Jesus had astonished His disciples by saying it is easier for a camel to enter through the eye of the needle than a rich man to enter into the kingdom of Heaven. Thyen His disciples had asked "who then can be saved?" Jesus said that with men, it is impossible, but with God all things are possible. Matthew 19:26 And it is with Jesus Christ Whom is God is how it is possible by believing in Him.

4. It is my God who is the only true God.

And yet the Son & the Father are on in sharing the same hand of salvation.

John 10:28 And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. 29 My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand.
30 I and my Father are one.
31 Then the Jews took up stones again to stone him. 32 Jesus answered them, Many good works have I shewed you from my Father; for which of those works do ye stone me? 33 The Jews answered him, saying, For a good work we stone thee not; but for blasphemy; and because that thou, being a man, makest thyself God.

Your errant belief to see the One God as NOT the Triune God is why you continue to gloss over the scripture proclaiming the deity of Jesus Christ. What was Jesus Christ crucified for? Overdued parking tickets? No. Overdued library book? No.

Being the Son of the living God means He is God for why He was crucified for blasphemy.

5. Lastly it is my God that hates the doctrine / deeds of the Nicolaitans,

When Christ is the Head of the body as God, that is why God the Father does not hate Him. The Word of God is the authority over every head of a believer and thereby Head over every local assembly for why there can be no other authority; and since God is the authority... then Jesus is the authority as the Word of God, then Jesus is God.

Jacob is a Man and scripture cannot be broken.

Joh 1:18 No man hath seen God at any time; the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------

Joh 10:35 If he called them gods, unto whom the word of God came, and the scripture cannot be broken;
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Joh 1:2 The same was in the beginning with God.
Col 1:15 Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature:

Joh 12:44 Jesus cried and said, He that believeth on me, believeth not on me, but on him that sent me.
Joh 12:45 And he that seeth me seeth him that sent me.

Was Jacob wrestling with himself? No. He wrestled with God the Son.

Joh 1:18 No man hath seen God at any time; the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him.

The verse signifies that no man has seen God the Father, but scripture in the O.T. testifies that men had seen God thus leaving God the Son of the Triune God. That is the only way you can maintain both truths in the scripture.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------

Joh 10:35 If he called them gods, unto whom the word of God came, and the scripture cannot be broken;
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

You pulled that verse out of context of His response to the Jews that wanted to stone Him for declaring Himself to be God. So, yes,tthe scripture cannot be broken, and neither can you deny why He was crucified; for blasphemy in declaring Himself equal with God.

Joh 1:2 The same was in the beginning with God.
The same meaning He is God as well.

Col 1:15 Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature:

The son of a man is a man. The Son of the living God is God. Jesus became the Son of Man at His incarantion, but He was and still is the Son of God before His incarnation, at His incarnation, and after His incarnation.

Joh 12:44 Jesus cried and said, He that believeth on me, believeth not on me, but on him that sent me.
Joh 12:45 And he that seeth me seeth him that sent me.

You see Him as the One God has sent, but seeing Him also means the same as seeing God.

Dan 7:13 I saw in the night visions, and, behold, one like the Son of man came with the clouds of heaven, and came to the Ancient of days, and they brought him near before him.
Dan 7:14 And there was given him dominion, and glory, and a kingdom, that all people, nations, and languages, should serve him: his dominion is an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and his kingdom that which shall not be destroyed.

Joh 1:2 The same was in the beginning with God.
Col 1:15 Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature:
Rev 3:14 And unto the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write; These things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God;

Rom 1:25 Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.

Mat 7:21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
Mat 7:22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
Mat 7:23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

Ecc 12:13 Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.
Mar 12:29 And Jesus answered him, The first of all the commandments is, Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord:

-------------------------------------

Rev 2:14 But I have a few things against thee, because thou hast there them that hold the doctrine of Balaam, who taught Balac to cast a stumblingblock before the children of Israel, to eat things sacrificed unto idols, and to commit fornication.
Rev 2:15 So hast thou also them that hold the doctrine of the Nicolaitans, which thing I hate.
---------------------------

Dan 12:4 But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.
