Let's share a testimony of praise and thanks daily

The Lord is trustworthy, no lie was ever found on His lips, unlike humans, and He has made us, His Holy people. What the Lord calls Holy, let us not call otherwise. Truly be the man and women God wants you to be, but His people called out to be Holy by the Blood of Jesus, do not call otherwise. I heard this message on the radio, and it blessed me. I pray it blesses you all as well.
 
Most trust and hope is in the moment and embedded in shifting sand or human accomplishments. What lies ahead is eternal hope and trust that is forever and as solid rock. Praise God!
 
im a server 2 gentleman come in that love jesus one of the guys has diabetes well 3 weeks ago he ask me to pray for him because he was going to have his leg removed. so when someone ask me to pray i do it right there because i have no memory so i prayed kinda forgot about it to be honest i deal with alot of people so a couple days ago they came in he had both legs he told me he went to get it taken off the dr could not belive the change did an operation on his leg and saved it praise jesus miracles happen everyday we just have to keep our eyes open and pay attention
 
I am thanking God for giving me a blessed and challenging week. I came out of hospital yesterday with pneumonia, they found nodule on right lung in scan and scarring. I have to go back for lung function testing. I prayed Jesus would stop me from wanting to smoke whatever it took. I had already loosely stopped albeit the odd one or two, now i dont want to anymore.
 
keep up the good fight gabriel i just sent a prayer up for you and im currently battling with smoking myself you inspire me to continue the fight myself all things are possible through god
 
Thank you . Let us encourage one another. I did have a taste of a cigarette and although i totally know it is foolish given what i went through, i also know that i don't need to smoke anymore. My poor little lungs have suffered at the hands of this addiction and God has shown me, i have a chance to rectify this. 5mm nodule in lower lung lobe is more likely to be benign but the scarring as a result of childhood infection renders my lungs in a precarious place. We dont get to know. what's going on inside without scan and now i have a picture of what is, i am shocked and more determined to remain free. Still not out of the woods yet but i can see the light.

Well, two and a half months ago the Lord moved me and my husband to a new location. This was not with a job, but totally a God-move. I knew God was sending me here to share his gospel and his love with the people here, so I have been praying about how to get out and meet the people of this community. I was reminded to do a search to see if they had a Newcomer's Club (women only), and they did, so I signed up. I went to a general meeting last week, and today I went to a ladies' luncheon, not knowing what to expect. So, I prayed that the Lord would prepare the way, and that he would place me next to the women with whom he wanted me to chat, and I believe he did.

He placed me between two women who are both atheists and who are humanist celebrants, i.e. who perform or make arrangements for non-religious wedding ceremonies. So, I also prayed that God would direct the conversation and that he would open the way for me to share him, and he did. They had asked me why we moved here, and I told them I was a Christian, and that God had sent me here, so they ended up asking me questions about my beliefs and practices, and so I answered them, and they, in turn, shared their beliefs with me. It was a friendly talk, and I enjoyed getting to know these women. I liked them a lot. And, I think they liked me, too, even though we did not believe the same.

One of the women asked me what I was the most passionate about, and I said, "Jesus Christ, and that he died on a cross for our sins so that we could go free from sin and from slavery to sin," etc. She didn't want me to be concerned over her soul, so I told her that if I liked her, which I did, but that if she was in a burning building, and I did not call out to her to get out (or to take the way out), then I wouldn't really like her, would I? Anyway, I told her I would pray for her, and I hope we have the opportunity to talk again sometime.

And, I am praying about more ways to get out into the community to meet and talk with people, to get to know them, and to be able to share the love of Jesus with them in pure love and concern for them as individuals and in concern for their eternal destiny, too, basically to walk the walk that Jesus walked in how he ministered to people on a daily basis. He cared about them and their needs and their hurts but he also knew what they needed most, and so he shared that with them, because he loved them, and he knew what was best for them.

My Sister spreading the word of the kingdom is what Jesus called us to do. the rest is called personal projects.

We thanks God for you and I also finished a 13 days prayer without food and my wife cooked a delicious food for me but before that I hate orange to cut my fast. I started filling a strong pain in my chest AND THE lORD SAID I MUST TAKE HOLY COMMUNION. THE PAIN WAS SO EXCRUCIATING THAT I WENT TO PHARMACY AND BOUGHT SOME MEDECINE WITHOUT DOING WHAT THE LORD SAID TO DO.
AFTER DRINKING THE MEDECINE, THE PAIN AMPLIFIED.
I HAVE TO TURN TO DRINKING THE BLOOD OF JESUS AND INSTANTLY THE PAIN STOPPED. I WAS SO ASHAMED OF MY DESOBEDIENCE AND I THINK A LOT OF US MUST ACT IMMEDIATELY ON WHAT GOD SAYS PLEASE BECAUSE HE CAN NEVER LEAD US ASTRAY.
THE PAIN WAS SO BAD AS A RESULT I WONT ADVICE ANY PRECIOUS CHILD OF GOD HERE TO EAT ORANGE AFTER A LONG FAST UNLESS HE OR SHE HEARS FROM THE LORD.

I would like to share a praise report.

My oldest daughter who is at university has been treading a backslidden worldly path.

She recently felt the urge to go to church and seek out Christian friends.

She has been blessed by 2 caring young Christian women who have prayed with her and offered more wholesome care and friendship than her "worldly" friends. :love:

Thank You Jesus.

Praise the Lord!

Our Lord is amazing in the way He works things out.

Again this praise report is in regard to my oldest daughter who is 18 and at university.
She is saved but has been treading a worldly path.

On Sunday she attended church at university and told me the sermon was entitled "sexology" Initially I thought ugh.....and wondered what type of church it is.

However, she later explained it was a sermon for young people focussing on sex outside of marriage, temptation and Biblical standards.

Later in the day, whilst she was feeling quite lonely in her accommodation she received a text from a fellow student saying "wanna have sex"
(This is a common occurrence amongst students apparently where the life style is worldly, free and easy)

However, the Bible verses about fornication, shared by the pastor had really burned in her heart....and she resisted the temptation and felt sickened by the text. She wrote me a long message indicating her hearts desire to avoid temptation and to get back on the right Christian path.

Praise the Lord.....I am so overjoyed by this.:love:
