Mitt Romney and the LDS

Mitt Romney is a Mormon. He becomes as far as is known and, supported by many members of his church; how I think also of the church (indirect). Should Mitt Romney become a president of the USA now, which influence on the American politics could the LDS then get (unofficially)? And, would not Joseph Smith's dream come true?

Barack Obama is a Christian. His father is a Muslim. Mormons are not a Christians. They were described by sect specialists and religion scientist as a sycretic mixed religion which has also occult elements in their doctrines. (e.g. the garment and the temple endowment)
Why do by the way some conservative Americans claim that Barack Obama is not an American? Or, that he is a Communist? There is no proof for these two statements!

My mother was, a Jewess which became a member of the LDS (in Nazi Germany to survive). My father was an American soldier. Does this make me to an American? Does this make me to a Jewess? No! And it does not make Obama to a Muslim either because his father is one!

Mr. President sure doesn't hold ecumenical services for the Observance of the National day of Prayer, actually no services. He's done more to not recognize Churches rights, like requiring birth control pills. That is NOT Christian at all. That said, few Presidents we have had were Christian. More of them worship power the most. Mormon or Pagan no difference, ethics is more important. The LDS has changed more towards Christianity in recent years, but still clings to the Joseph Smith crap.

With the way things are going, it may not matter who gets elected of the too, if the Lord decides enough is enough. That being said, I'd have to pick the one who I thought was best for the job, which would be, Mitt, according to the information I've gathered. He may not be a Gorge Whasington or a King David, but he's better than a kamikaze spendthrift with a good speaking ability and fouled-up policies.

Appreciate you identifying the dream he had. It does leave one to question, what or better yet during his time and in the future in which this might have been directed, as to who the enemies were/are he was refering to? Any ideas?

I'm sure it probably is no different then many religions and some christian ones as well that state if you're not part of this church then you're doomed or damned. Which means it holds little relevance to what is found in the Gospels.

It is no secret that Mr. Obama went to Muslim school as a child ( and please don't tell me just because he went to Muslim school as a child, that does not make him a supporter of Muslims and their actions. In my opinion, childhood is where we are most vulnerable to the beliefs taught to us...and a lot of those beliefs just don't *poof* disappear.) It is no secret that he supports the building of a Mosque just a couple of blocks from the tragedies of the Twin Towers. To me, this says that he is a supporter of their ways, whether he claims Christianity or not. So, I am going to vote for Mitt-don't really care that he is a Mormon. I just care that he stands for America. Mr. Obama has destroyed this country and economy-this is my opinion and I will not get into a political dispute on this thread, but something has to be done with the state of America and re-electing Obama is not the way to do it.

I went to a Roman Catholic orphanage with four years by half a year. Did this make me the Roman Catholic? I was stationed in South America where I got contact for a heathen cult. Does this make me a supporter of this cult, or a believer?
Many claimed to have the mosque near Ground Zero. Which does not want other further to split a society, in front of everyone such not. Most Muslims are good and decent people. Sorry Saved, Muslims, "by and large" are not good people. If you read the Koran their whole mission is to rid the world of non-muslims, however the means.
