Once saved always saved?

Don’t feel bad, I know and have ran into a lot of “Christians” don’t even talk about Jesus and will get mad with you if you bring it up! Every-now and then they will say something like this “but the man upstairs”. Or “God do not like ugly”. Or God is love, God is good. At least I notice you do not mind at least talking about him. For all it is worth, you got a plus in my book.

I do not think Brother Bear was insinuating anything bad to you. He was simply saying we all need to remember not everyone who says Lord Lord shall enter the Kingdom of Heaven, but he that does the will of God. Brother Bear was agreeing with you, not against you!

I guess I reacted out of fear. Sometimes I feel like I'm not saved. How could God's spirit be inside me when I'm always so angry? I don't understand what is wrong with me? I had great parents. I was never abused, bullied, or teased. My life was awesome. My family doesn't know where this rage comes from. I need prayer. I need God's love. I need to know if I'm really saved?

Sanctification (to make clean) is the process in which God changes a person as they grow in the Lord, and in the power of his might. This takes a lifetime to complete. Being a child of God we must yield ourselves to him so he can do his work. The Apostle Paul said.....

Php 1:3 I thank my God in all my remembrance of you,
Php 1:4 always in every prayer of mine for you all making my prayer with joy,
Php 1:5 because of your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now.
Php 1:6 And I am sure of this, that he who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ.

We can be completely assured that God will complete his work in us that he himself started!
