You have no right to tell me my opinion isn't *nice", this with all my respect, is none of your business, that's why it's called my opinion. I took all you said with a grain of salt because you're neither hot or cold. My opinion isn't made up BTW, did you ever read the Koran? No? then how can you say it's not accurate? Just something to think about.
You must respect members here and Dreamer, she's our moderator.
You say I made accusations about meme's religion, you clearly have no idea what accusation means. I guessed she was a muslim and turns out she is. Choose your words wisely so people can actually take them into account.
PoG:
You can't have it both ways; you can't argue that I'm not allowed to say that your opinion is not very nice and simultaneously argue that you are allowed to hold whatever opinion you wish. You don't get to say, "You can't hold an opinion about me" but also say. "I think it was a lie meant to gain power, money and sex."
The moment you post something on a public forum, then it becomes public business. Again, you can't argue that you get to have an opinion, but no one else does.
Not to be trite, but I don't think I've read the Koran. I've read certain Surahs of the Quran though :embarasse Please, in the future, refrain from placing words in my mouth ("No? Then...").
I don't think I've been disrespectful. Stating my own opinion isn't disrespectful, no more than you stating your opinion is disrespectful.
It's rather hypocritical of you to claim that I'm being disrespectful, yet you've not only put words in my mouth but misquoted me as well. I don't believe I ever said you made accusations about the religion (though you have: "I don't think you're being very honest" -- It was honest the entire time. Simply because he didn't tell you he was Islamic does not make him dishonest); in fact, I made the general observation that accusations have been thrown (which they have).
What bearing does meme's religion have to do with the questions at hand? We both know that it doesn't, so trying to bring meme's religion into question is pointless; it doesn't matter if you were right about their religion because it has no bearing.
PoG, please don't put words in my mouth. It means I have to go back and point it out. Please don't argue for special pleading either. It's just not effective. I didn't find your generalized opinions very nice; I found some of them far too general and hypocritical. I found your beliefs tinged with a vibrant bit of hostility that simply painted Islam with 'hostile' and implied their religion is a bunch of lies.
No, PoG, I didn't find your opinion or the way you delivered it very nice. I apologize if this bothers you, but I'm not apologetic for the observation.

Neuro - I guess I didn't take meme's OP as an asking of questions, per se. It seemed more like a collection of data...which it apparently was. I consider it fairly uncourteous to bait folks into something that appears to be a conversation, when it's really not.
Meme asked questions with the intent of collecting data. There's no reason to assume that he can't both 1) Want to ask the questions because he was truly interested and 2) Wanted to collect his own qualitative data.
I don't think he baited anyone. He simply asked a series of questions and for our opinions. There's no reason a conversation cannot come of it.
Though, I thank you for your opinion.
