@Brad Huber -- knowing that you mean well -- the same thing can be said for a computer. A computer programmer can be very useful and very bad. A result of the fall of Adam and Eve. The knowledge of both good and evil. There is a great deal of Good done in this world by really good people // also a lot of ungodly junk and crime and some is Horrible crime -- what people are capable of doing to each other.

In Scripture the dragon is another name for satan if I remember correctly.

When my sister communicates with their friends from Brazil and Portugal -- they use the voice medium rather than typing a text. It's much faster and more accurate than typing. For FB, they do both but for short responses. And there is a translating feature on FB if a person wants to.

At the risko of offending, Brad, your reasoning is seriously flawed...Its bad because it has a name? So tell me, do you use a cell phone? Do you use a computer? How about a smart tv? All are now capable of tracking you, watching you and listening to every word you say. Should you throw them out? They are far less trustworthy than a word dictation program....
and again....You could be surrounded by every demon on the planet and ...wait! You ARE surrounded by every demon on the planet! But if you are a born again Christian, if you are walking with the Lord, where you are supposed to be, then YOU have the authority. You have all the say as to what goes on. They have none. Did you know that demons CAN inhabit technology? Liike cell phones and computers?

Not at all Sue. They need a body. If its a blood and bone body all the better but they can build any kind AI, electronic.....All of our technology in our modern world is based on fallen angel tech. We would still be going around in homespun if left to ourselves. Everything we have, for the most part, has been taught to mankind by the fallen angels. But I'm not sure that you accept the Book of Enoch as true? Even if it is not Bible, it is a history book.

How nice! What a story Sister!

My dog Nala Ive had her since she was a puppy! When she was a few months old I took her in to sleep with me in my bed...(This was 2018)
She was taken from me last year just as fall began in 2019 .
I received her back in October this year from a judge ordering to give her back to me.

Now I'm happy to have her back in my arms..
The Lord allowed it to happen and im grateful!

Pets are wonderful companions , they know how to help us. Glad you got your's back.

The only books of the Bible I read are those included in the 66 we have now. So that does Not include the one you just mentioned. There is history in some of those other books, but intermingled with mythology , etc. Not of the same quality the other books that Are included.

Me? I do trust the veracity of the Book of Enoch. That does not mean others have to do the same.

I use a flip cell phone, early tech, not quite as invasive. I only use that because my wife wanted a way to get in contact with me at work more easily. Phones in general are a bad idea in my opinion. We need more face to face communication, and only use phones when we absolutely have to. Plus ppl tend to over use especially smart phones. I have avoided getting smart tv's because I know ppl in the police dept who say they can pick up the signal transmitted in the eye (when the tv is on) and actually see people in the home facing the tv. Thats invasive, and I will give up tv before I get one of those. There are demons all around, yes, but they dont bother me as much as they used to. If you arent afraid of them, they just watch you instead, waiting for some opportunity.

I simply told you how I felt about it, didnt try and tell you that you shouldnt use it. Demons can do a lot of things, I dont really keep track of what all they might be able to do. Not sure why what I said upset you, but I guess it is what it is.

And.... names actually do have power. LOL. It was one of the first superpowers given to man, to give creatures names. And God is so powerful, that He truly doesnt have a name, He simply is what He is. I AM THAT I AM! No predecessor to give him a name. Even angels have names, not sure if God gave them out, or some other method, but humans didnt give those out.

Work out your own faith, I am not your dad, and I didnt tell you you need to give them up. I guess this must be a sore subject with you due to your reaction.

What reaction? I was not offended in the least. and you didn't say that you don't use a computer where they can watch you closer than anything. I kind of feel that I did upset you... and demons....they're not like us Christians. They do not just sit around watching...They do stuff all the time. You are under attack just like every other Christian...All the time. Really!

Years ago -- my husband and I were asked to cat-sit for a couple of weeks. They said it wasn't an outdoor cat. But they also had 5 kids at the time and someone was always up and paying attention to that cat. And That's where the problem developed. We were only two of us and We like to Sleep at night. For some reason that cat Slept during the day -- it would hide. And when We were ready to go to bed -- we'd close our door so kitty-cat couldn't come in. Well -- 'it' did Not like that. 'It' wanted attention. To socialize. 'It' would scratch at the door until we opened it up and then be in the middle of the bed. Not at the Foot of the bed , but between us. Then it would do it's Loud Purring thing and keep me awake. Then, after a while -- they decided that we could keep the cat. Well -- we didn't Want the cat. We finally found a different owner. And That was the last cat we had for quite a long time.

The Next one we were given was a kitten -- a black kitten. But a very sociable one. And indoor/outdoor one. She was a Smart cat. She was the Owner of our house and let us know she was. We had a recliner that I'd sit on and put way back. She would climb up on it on top of me and and lay down on my chest and we'd rub noses. Well -- she'd get nose to nose literally -- She'd stay that way until I"d move her. She got mad at us one cold winter night and ran away. There had been another kitten who'd found our house and we started feeding it. Our cat got jealous and left.

I know more than I want to about demons. And yes, sometimes they do watch, if you read your book of enoch, most of the angels are originally called watchers. Demons are simply the spirits leftover when the bodies of the half fallen angels/half humans died in the flood. And they are angry at God and at mankind. They (the demons) learned most of what they know from their fathers, the fallen angels, who were.... "watchers". But yes, they dont watch a lot. Satan has them doing a lot of tasks for him, before the end of days.

Books were left out of the KJV / NAS / NKJV and many others for a Reason. They did not have the same quality and other criteria as the other books.

What does it talk about?

Historically, its mostly about fallen angels, the children of angels and mankind, and how they corrupted the earth, that God destroyed the earth with the Great flood. Then the later books talk about mysteries of the heavens that doesnt make a lot of sense to me, and finally, prophecy about the latter days to include prophecies about Jesus, the sanhedren (religious rulers of the jews), and the church leaders. It doesnt speak well of either the sanhedren or the church leaders (it does to begin with in each case, but then says they both become bad leaders). It does this portraying them as animals, and there is a good chance thats the reason that most of the jewish and christian canons doesnt include them. But some jewish canons does include it and so does some african christian canons. The official statement from both in times past for the exclusion was how the book treated angels as being able to go bad (the whole concept of fallen angels).
