Seeing 11:11 and it's Meaning in the Bible

11:11 does not mean anything. No one can know when that day nor hour is for why we are always to be ready and pray to Him for help to be ready.

Matthew 24:35 Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away. 36 But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only. 37 But as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

Matthew 25:13 Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh.

As you noticed on line, a lot of web sites try to assign some spiritual importance to the meaning of 11:11 and that is because of a growing talk about it that makes people aware of it and start looking for it and so born a suburban legend.

Think of it as subliminal seeking it without intentionally seeking it. You may have picked it up and was in the back of your mind and so whenever you see 11:11, it will prompt that thought & make you wonder & ponder it more & more .

There is another suburban legend going on about 3:15 A.M. and it has to do with the darkness that is trying to tell us something.

You can try to create another suburban legend like pick a different time and say something paranormal about it and both sides of the track could avail themselves to it, but why spread falsehood just to prove the 11:11 & 3:15 is falsehood?

Scripture in according to His words says no one will know the day nor the hour of the rapture and so believe Him.

I believe it is known only to the Father so that every saved believer are supposed to be praying that Jesus will have them ready to go and watching in being willing to go when the Bridegroom comes. It makes sense because death can happen to a believer at any moment for why we should always be ready to go by His grace & by His help and not just for the rapture event.

Just from a practical standpoint, The devil is very powerful especially here on earth.. why would the lord tell any of us any secret meaning because surely the Devil would learn of this instantly and that would make the fight that much harder.

I think we as Christians should just have faith that the lord shall never lead us astray and it has already been written that there is an end time so therefore if we believe and have faith then our destiny is to be a vessel for the lord's will and not to be a conisour of the lord's knowledge. After all the forbidden fruit of knowledge is what seemed to be man's downfall.

In the parable of the Sower, it would seem lack of knowledge causes one to be tempted and to go astray for not being rooted in the word.

Luke 8:13 They on the rock are they, which, when they hear, receive the word with joy; and these have no root, which for a while believe, and in time of temptation fall away.

Then the world and the cares of this life makes us lose sight of Him sometimes for why we do not bear as much fruit as we should.

Luke 8:14 And that which fell among thorns are they, which, when they have heard, go forth, and are choked with cares and riches and pleasures of this life, and bring no fruit to perfection.

John 15:1 I am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman. 2 Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit. 3 Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you. 4 Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me. 5 I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.

There are many things that by His help, abiding in His words can set us free from in being His disciples.

John 8:30 As he spake these words, many believed on him. 31 Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed; 32 And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. 33 They answered him, We be Abraham's seed, and were never in bondage to any man: how sayest thou, Ye shall be made free? 34 Jesus answered them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin. 35 And the servant abideth not in the house for ever: but the Son abideth ever. 36 If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.

So if there is something the Lord is leading you to consider in His words that you do not understand, you an always ask Him for wisdom since He is being our Good Shepherd in helping us to follow Him & bear fruit as His disciples.

James 1:5 If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him. 6 But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed. 7 For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord. 8 A double minded man is unstable in all his ways.

Romans 8:31 What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us? 32 He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?

So I agree with you about trusting the Lord to guide you & lead you in the way we ought to go; but be sure to also trust Him as your Good Shepherd to understand and abide in His words as well so as to be fruitful as His disciples.

Proverbs 16:9 A man's heart deviseth his way: but the Lord directeth his steps. KJV

You can trust Him that He will lead you to His words to understand His words to abide in His words to be fruitful in being His disciples.

Seeing 11:11 and it's Meaning in the Bible

I am wondering if anyone here has been seeing 11:11 everywhere. I was several months ago. I prayed about it and asked G-d that if it was not of Him, to take it away. Well, needless to say, it persisted I couldn't figure it out, and started ignoring it. After quite a while it stopped. But, now, about 1 month ago, it has started up again, and now with a fervor more than before.

I told everyone earlier that I had been seeing 11:11 everywhere. I just prayed about it and I was sent to the Bible. What I found is astonishing...to say the least! These scriptures could be serving dual-duty, pointing toward end time events, the way the Passover in Egypt pointed toward Christ dying on the cross as the supreme sacrifice.

The rending of the Jewish kingdom, the Lord recovering His remnant from around the world, judgment inside the borders of Israel, a fight with the king of the north(!), and the two witnesses being resurrected.

I became aware of this for a long period several years ago, in which the numbers '11/11' kept being brought to my mind: as you say, by the clock face at home, or in the car, and in other strange ways, and it all seemed so meaningful, yet beyond my ability to grasp. I still observe it at times. Praise God! If it does indicate that our redemption is near. I cannot confirm it, but I am happy to live looking for the appearing of Christ Jesus our risen Lord, and our Redeemer, for as long as it takes.

Having seen 11:11 since the 1990's, I think it is a call and is connected to the parable of the 11th hour workers. In a dream, I asked Jesus what it meant and I heard the word "atonement" (which has the word one in it) and 11th hour. In the dream he said it was about manifestation and to pay attention to the fruits we were creating, not just in our personal lives but collectively. So, I think its a call to come into service of God to work in his vineyard creating good fruits (according to the parable of the 11th hour worker in Matthew),. I know others who see 11:11 and it seems to happen when they wake up spiritually or start on a spiritual path or want validation they are on the right path.


I have had other dreams where the message is to be aware of what and who we are aligning with (big corporations, polluters, corrupt governments, etc.) and what fruits this is collectively creating, and to find ways to pull out of this through going off-grid, becoming self-sufficient, gathering money and resources to form communities that live by new values. In these dreams, people start dressing in white, forming communities, and going back to barter and trade to break free of corruption. In some dreams people are living in white geodesic domes. My partner has had the same dreams (people dressing in white, and living in white domed communities where they live simply and in peace). So, for me, there seems to be this theme of waking up to something, answering a call, and moving onto a better path where we are living more in peace and harmony.

When he said to Get Ready he meant to repent. I did. I no longer have depression nor anxiety. So many chains have been broken. Now this 11:11 is on me. God knows me. I mean there is a whole spiritual realm that we can't see that is out there! Woohoo!!!

However, what they do not know, and it may be nothing, but they are thinking that it must mean something besides being a coincidence. Hi All,

I am a rational realistic independent man (74-year-old) who knew/discovered, since many decades ago, that Jesus, unlike any man, is all-knowledge; based on reason (personal observations and analyses). It happens that Jesus only gave me the logical answers to ‘all’ important questions about my own existence and the 'real' world. For instance, even if an idea is called scientific, I also cannot add it to my set of knowledge if it cannot pass my logical reasoning first (this is why I chose to be a ‘private’ designer in electronics, since after my high studies till now, to gain my daily bread).

1111 reminds me the verse (Mathew 11:11) which is about one of the many crucial natural truths that are revealed by Jesus (on the today’s Gospel), and the world’s multitudes are not supposed to hear them. In fact, they have no right to hear them, mainly via satellites, in the today’s well-watched well controlled world, thanks to the very advanced technologies. And if someone talks about them openly and clearly as Jesus does (on the Gospel) he has to expect be sacrificed, in one way or another (also in the name of justice/rules); much like it happened to Jesus. But this is somehow impossible to happen because these crucial natural truths oppose the interests of the powerful rich families in ‘every' region in the world, with no exceptions. Naturally, these families have no interest to allow anyone to talk about them 'worldwide'. But, on the other hand, there is no ruling system, anywhere in the world, that dares banning the printing of the Gospel (as a hardcopy or electronically). This is why I knew Jesus by reading the Gospel directly; otherwise, I had no chance to know that Jesus is my Divine Teacher whom I was looking for and came (incarnated) to save me from my ignorance; the greatest weakness that a human may have, and every human baby is born with.

Am I imagining or exaggerating things? Let us see:

"Verily I say unto you, Among them that are born of women there hath not risen a greater than John the Baptist: notwithstanding he that is least in the kingdom of heaven is greater than he."

Jesus, in this saying, confirmed clearly that John the Baptist is the greatest Jewish Prophet. In other words, Jesus says that there is no Jewish Prophet who is greater than John the Baptist. Please correct me if this is wrong.

But what was the main mission of this greatest Prophet?

It was to prepare the Jewish people for the arrival of Jesus among them.

This implies that the main mission of every previous Jewish Prophet cannot be greater than of John the Baptist (always based on this Jesus saying). Then, naturally, at the arrival of Jesus, this mission was fulfilled for good, right?

So, after Jesus’ arrival, the Jewish teachings could be seen, much like the school teachings without which someone couldn’t continue to join a university and be professional in a certain field. And, at best, his schoolbooks join just his good 'souvenirs' since he, the professional, can no longer see them as scientific references at his work.

By the way, some school teachings had to be made ‘incomplete’, if not ‘wrong’, in order to help the kids learn science in steps (on one’s request, one or more examples could be presented). Also, the teachings of Judaism, inspired from Heaven, had to be so since it was addressed to the ancient ‘kids of humanity’ (our past ancestors). In fact, no one can deny that Jesus message that focuses on God’s Unconditional Love towards all others (good and evil), has updated, for good, the Jewish teachings (from being material to being spiritual) and let, therefore, most of them be irrelevant, if not obsolete (this is also very clear in some other Jesus’ sayings).

Please note that I am not here to convince anyone about anything. But I am all ears if I said something not logical in one’s view.

First of all I know this thread is very old but I want to comment anyway. God made numbers and has a history of using specific numbers over and over again in the Bible. Numerology is NOT what this is. God can choose to speak to people through ANY MEANS. God speaks to me through numbers everyday. This is of him and not the enemy. I think people need to realize that Satan perverts everything God creates. Satan has perverted the meaning and patterns of numbers through numerology. Angel numbers are numerology and fall in line with other forms of divination. God doesn’t speak to everyone the same just as God doesn’t have the same plan for everyone. If God isn’t speaking to you through numbers it doesn’t mean that he’s not using numbers for others. I think that people are too legalistic in Christianity these days. When you see 333, 555, 1111, etc, look up 11:11 bible verses, 3:33, 33:3 verses as an example. You WILL find a verse or a prophetic word that fits what you’re going through or something that just makes sense to you. Open up your minds but keep it biblical.
