Abram/Abraham, Serving Other Gods, was a Satanist and Elohim/God called him out of Devil Worship.

Scripture does not state that Abram served or worshipped other gods ...

Abram may well have had knowledge of the God of Adam for here he responds rather obediently to the call of Yahweh to depart from the land of his fathers
pretty much the same as what God does today in calling out people to leave the world behind and to enter the kingdom of God.

Serving other Gods is Sin. Sin is of the Devil/Satan. Therefore, Serving other Gods is practising Satanism.

A person can be worshiping god's other than God Almighty -- but that does Not constitute satan worship.

There is one true God- YHVH. All other gods are imitators, lies, brought to the minds of humanity from the Father of lies - Satan.

Be clear here: Satan does not want anyone worshipping our one true God and Lord Jesus Christ. If people don't worship him (Satan), he (Satan) is just as pleased that they worship false gods, because he (Satan) knows they are hell-bound with him (Satan) .

It may be be, as you say.. they don't realize they are worshipping Satan.. but when they are standing before God at the judgment, will it make any difference which false god they were serving?

@B-A-C -- look at my previous comment in # 17 -- there Is a distinct difference.

Many decades ago I thought of voodoo and witches / warlocks as being part of life -- Way far away in another country.

'we' were a Christian nation -- worshipping God. But then the one college student commented that down the block from where he lived in another city, there was a Church of Satan. A bunch of us were in Bible college and came from all over the country to study.

And, you're right -- 'we' are to be worshipping the One True God -- it's His plan of salvation or it's a no-go.

What really got me urked -- is that the person who started this thread had also been on "What does it mean to be saved" -- he and I got into some conversations -- and from his perspective -- satan is trying to lead 'us' astray into believing that the Gospel unto salvation is actually a False gospel.

I've tried to pin him down as to what the True Gospel is and he won't Be pinned down.
