Thanks againYou're welcome. I'd add that although the word of God is not subject to the vicissitude of time, the APPLICATION of His word does evolve with time, for his word is ALIVE and ACTIVE, there's always more to understand, more to learn, more to discover, and a lot of stuffs that are previously dismissed as myth suddenly make sense with modern science and technology, it's never "antiquated" or "obselete", as some people claim.
I would agree it's a living word. Having finished all the work of creating the things seen on day six . Entering his eternal rest as our daily bread we work it out as he works with us . .
The letter of the law scripture what we read is "death" (annihilation ) never to rise to new born again Life .
Romans 7:6 But now we are delivered from the law, that being dead wherein we were held; that we should serve in newness of spirit, and not in the oldness of the letter. (Death)
The letter of the law death along with its suffering of hell daily will be tossed into the fiery Judgement on the last day under the sun (the temporal time keeper that began on day four. ) .
Revelation 20:14 And death and hell (one thing) were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.
In the new order in the heavens and earth the letter of the law death will not rise up and condemn a whole creation There will be no procreation no aging sufferings leading toward an end annihilation .
There will be no retrials the "second death" is the death of death itself . The letter of the law,
We walk by the spirit of the law called the "law of faith" . . Christ's faith as a labor of His love working in us to both reveal his will and empower us to perform it according to His good pleasure .
The former things to include the Bible as the letter of the law will not be remembered or ever come to mankind
Ecclesiastes 1:11 There is no remembrance of former things; neither shall there be any remembrance of things that are to come with those that shall come after.
Revelation 21:4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.
