I was pondering about what is going to happen to our world when we get a new president... Well we all know that Donald Trump is going to win the election. So what does our future hold if he gets back in office?
Donald, seems to like to bend the rules, he just might cause alot of corruption in the white house. But, the good thing is, after he recently got shot, he started thanking God for letting him live! We all know Jesus can make bad situations into good situations
So, please pray for Donald, that Jesus will soften his heart, and guide him in a good direction... Thank You, and God Bless!

There were no wars...on and on....Illegal immigration was at an all time low and he was beginning to actually drain the swamp.....where the corruption? Why do you think he will corrupt the world now?

People who know God, the Bible, and human history KNOW that God has used people far worse than Trump; many of the disciples and who knows how many for His purpose of which we can get only so much.

They are so hardened and blind, they call him things he is not which is both lebel and slander. They've been doing it on Christians for all of history since Christianity became a better organized group/church.

The organization "Citizens for Ethics" has its bias and is left leaning. If you looked for a biased right leaning organization, you would probably find just as many that would say quite a lot about the Biden/Democratic Administration/Political party in the negative as well.

If you don't weigh both sides in this, and try to be nonpartisan, you do no good, but create confusion and distrust for everyone.

You are right we need to be praying for him!

I urge you, first of all, to pray for all people. Ask God to help them; intercede on their behalf, and give thanks for them. Pray this way for kings and all who are in authority so that we can live peaceful and quiet lives marked by godliness and dignity. This is good and pleases God our Savior, who wants everyone to be saved and to understand the truth. 1 Timothy 2:1-4 NLT

You are right here also, that he does bends the rules, but to be honest 99.999999% of the politicians bend the rules! It is really sad to be this cynical about politicians, but I truly believe that the ones we see are a reflection of the society we live in. Always remember what Scripture say about authority however.

Everyone must submit to governing authorities. For all authority comes from God, and those in positions of authority have been placed there by God. So anyone who rebels against authority is rebelling against what God has instituted, and they will be punished. Romans 13:1-2 NLT

Everyone else is flawed and in need of Him. Some have found Him, while others have not. Yet, it's likely that both still falter.

Hmm.i don't see forum moderators telling people with a right wing bias to try to be non-partisan.

Your main adversary on the "liberal/conservative" or "left/right" will tell you that I have! lol

Most of the time he chooses to ignore that I've said anything, and is why I usually don't say it, but I'm sure he knows I'm watching! Not that he cares.

Don't get me wrong, I don't have just "a little bit of scepticism", but rather A WHOLE LOT OF SCEPTICISM! lol
I just choose not to voice it as often as some people do! I truly believe that all authority is God given, but what those who are given that authority by God, choose to do with it, is another story entirely! If either side says with a 100% confidence that what they hear from politicians, and the policies they say they believe in is what they will do...well, I think they will be sorely disappointed. Take a look at your own UK, with Brexit, and how the vote went down, and then what did the politicians try to do because of the ramifications of it passing? difficult, very difficult indeed! Did I get involved in either side? Nope. Not my country. Like the US is not my home. Gloryland!!! \o/

Still, I will cast my vote here in the US, because this is where I live. I pray and try to view the positions each has through the prism of Scripture.

Trump wasn't in politics when he said this, and Trump hasn't done anything during or after his presidency. Clinton did it before and in the Presidency. Biden has been doing it for 40 yrs in office.

Whether in office or not makes little difference to what these actions reveal about a person's character, or the impact on the victims of abuse.
