When GOD and Jesus made the Garden of Eden on the newly formed Earth they wanted it to be a wonderful place - a Paradise!
They ensured a vast variety of fruit and nut tres would spring out of the soil.
5; And every plant of the field before it was in the earth, and every herb of the field before it grew: for the Lord God had not caused it to rain upon the earth, and there was not a man to till the ground.
6; But there went up a mist from the earth, and watered the whole face of the ground.

By that sixth day Earth had been circling the new sun and the new moon had been circling Earth for two full days.
Twice each day the earth's crust floating on the inner water flexed up and down a little.
Each flex heated the crust and the inner waters.
Mist rose each morning and condensed as the dew to trickle down to the plant roots.
Here in England most mornings a walk across my lawn will leave me with soaked shoes.

GOD arranged for the crustal flexing to warm the soil and water the vegetation.

There is an experiment on crustal material with shielding by a Faraday Cage that illustrates this.

According to the verses you quoted, the context is the Third Day, *before* plants existed. It even states that no Man existed yet.

Then we read...

Genesis 2:7
"And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul."

Did you notice?

By that sixth day...

How exactly is it the Sixth Day?

Earth had been circling the new sun and the new moon had been circling Earth for two full days.
Twice each day the earth's crust floating on the inner water flexed up and down a little.
Each flex heated the crust and the inner waters.
Mist rose each morning and condensed as the dew to trickle down to the plant roots.

Are you assuming the universe was physical at that point? There are many who believe the prelapsarian world that the First Adam and the Woman lived in was ethereal and Spirit like. I happen to be one of those.

God cursed matter, thus making it physical... like going from the Wave Function to Particle.

Do you believe there was death in the Garden of Eden? Remember, death came after the Fall according to Scripture...

Romans 5:12
"Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned"

How can plants be eaten if there is no death? How can a Seed grow if there is no death?

1 Corinthians 15:36
"Thou fool, that which thou sowest is not quickened, except it die:"

Have you thought about these issues? Do you have solutions?

Genesis 1
12;And the earth brought forth grass, and herb yielding seed after his kind, and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed was in itself, after his kind: and God saw that it was good.
13;And the evening and the morning were the third day.

Comprehension is not your forte is it?

GOD man man of dirt - which happens to have all the natural elements in it. Did you notice?

Genesis 1 says GOD created Aam on he 6th day. Comprehension is not your forte is it?

Wow. Now in your imbecility you call GOD and Jesus liars! GOD said at end of Day 6 everything was good. Gen 1:31;And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good.
I dunno which sci-fi movie you got your prelapse from but it sure aint in the Bible.

More imbecility.
GOD said to eat nuts and seeds. I think GOD isn't as idiotic as you.
And FYI plants aren't really alive in the human sense.
On Judgment Day when Jesus cannot find your name in the Book of LIfe and he is about to toss you in that 'lake of fire' you can call him a murderer for eating that grain in Matthew 12:1

Matthew 12:1-8 One Sabbath, Jesus was strolling with his disciples through a field of ripe grain. Hungry, the disciples were pulling off the heads of grain and munching on them. Some Pharisees reported them to Jesus At that time Jesus went on the sabbath day through the corn; and his disciples were an hungred, and began to pluck the ears of corn, and to eat. But when the Pharisees saw it, they said unto him, Beho At that time Jesus went through the grainfields on the Sabbath, and His disciples became hungry and began to pick the heads of grain and eat.
