The plagues and judgments of Revelation.

My point is the word ALL doesn't always imply the totality of everything. Misunderstanding/misinterpreting ALL is how many interpreters have concluded that the coming 'mark' and kingdom of the anti-Christ is GLOBAL. Tribulation is global but the mark and anti-Christ kingdom are not.

I don't think I infer'ed "all" anywhere here. Obviously some people will be saved out of the tribulation. But I do believe all means "almost" all.

I would disagree with that. Why would Jesus say to get out of her - otherwise people would partake in her plagues?
Blasphemy against the holy spirit???

Blasphemy of the Holy Spirit is another one. But when the voice ( presumably Jesus ) tells His people to "come out of her". ( Rev 18:4; ) The passage in context is about Babylon. Not about taking the mark.
Confusing two different passage, in two different chapters is how things get mixed up and taken out of context.

Now the real city of Babylon was mostly destroyed around 690BC. There are still remnants of a small village where this large city used to be in modern day Iraq.
So it's likely that "Babylon" here is not the Babylon of the Babylonian empire ( which was already dead for hundreds of years before this was written ) but rather a similar type of a city/government
possibly a Hollywood type of society that is focused on sex, money, and political power. This has very little to do with the mark of the beast, other than the fact that it likely mostly be these people
who are willing to take the mark. In Revelation this city is called the mother of Harlots, King James say "the great *****".

It also says this city is the city of seven hills ( some Bibles say seven mountains ). Jerusalem is known as the city of seven hills, but much more famously.. Rome is known as the city if seven mountains.
It's possible it could be one of these cities, but likely this is a metaphor. Also says this city is near a large body of water. ( Again probably a metaphor ) Jerusalem isn't really near any large body of water.
The dead sea would be the closest about 20 miles away. Rome is about 5 miles from Mediterranean. But it says the seven hills are actually seven kings. Five have already passed. It says this body of water
is actually people from all the nations. A whole thread could be written about Babylon the Great Harlot, but this thread is about the plagues and judgments of the tribulation and great tribulation.
