The Talking Idol

There is another scripture which is relevant to II Thessalonians 2:
3-7, on the man of sin"sitting" in the temple of God, showing himself
that he is God.

"And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the
first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea. 2. And I
John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of
heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. 3. And I heard
a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is
with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people,
and God himself shall be with them, and be their God........And I saw
no temple therein: for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are the
temple of it." Revelation 21: 1-3, 22

Isaiah 66" 1 says "Thus saith the LORD, The heaven is my throne, and
the earth is my footstool: where is the house that ye build unto me?
and where is the place of my rest?"

Acts 7: 47-48 says "But Solomon built him an house. Howbeit the most
High dwelleth not in temples made with hands; as saith the prophet,"

I Chronicles 17: 4 says "Go and tell David my servant, Thus saith the
LORD, Thou shalt not build me an house to dwell in:"

And I Chronicles 17: 11-12 states that "And it shall come to pass,
when thy days be expired that thou must go to be with thy fathers,
that I will raise up thy seed after thee, which shall be of thy sons;
and I will establish his kingdom. He shall build me an house, and I
will stablish his throne for ever."

Solomon, using a literalist "hermeneutic" thought God meant that he,
Solomon, the son of David, was to build God a house. But in I
Chronicles 17: 11-12 God is talking about Jesus Christ who was to
build a spiritual house for God. Peter in I Peter 2: 5 writes that
"Ye also, as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, an holy
priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by
Jesus Christ."

These lively stones are those who have Christ formed in them are later
the new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a
bride adorned for her husband.

There is no literal temple building in scripture where God dwells.
The physical temple building is a thing of the flesh, of the natural
man who does not discern the things of the Spirit as I Corinthians 2:
14 teaches.

A re-built physical temple in Jerusalem would be a counterfeit of the
lively stones of New Jerusalem where Almighty God and the Lamb are the
spiritual temple.

The restoration of Israel is a spiritual restoration, not a kingdom of
man on earth. And now the nation of Israel is a counterfeit of one
"restoration" of Old Covenant Israel. It is not Old Covenant Israel
which is to be restored in glory; it is the Israel of God that is to
be restored.

"But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned." I Corinthians 2: 14

The old man who occupied the person before Christ is formed in him is the natural man of I Corinthians 2: 14. And the old man who is the natural man, not being able to discern the things of the Spirit,is easily deceived by the false prophets, and the spirit of anti-Christ, which cause the falling away.

The compartmentalized way of teaching the scriptures and the meanings of scriptures as taught in the churches now separates the man of sin of II Thessalonians 2: 3-4, from the old man of Romans 6: 6, Ephesians 4: 22 and Colossians 3: 9 and both from the natural man of I Corinthians 2: 14, and all these from scriptures on the false prophets, spirit of anti-Christ and the apostasy.

"Whoever or whatever the antichrist is seen to be, this antichrist must be able to sit on a seat
in the temple of God. It would appear that the antichrist arrives in human form because he
sits in a seat in the temple. Any method of interpretation that is applied to this verse must
address the fact that, whatever is the entity that the beast is assumed to be. This entity must be
able to be seen as God."

The temple of God is YOU. The Sabbath is every day. Your rest is in Christ. He lives in you.

I do not want to go too far in assumption here, but has anyone ever noticed how people worship the TV? The whole world is worshiping, imitating, and drawing all of their precepts from a TALKING IDOL. Could it be the same one? I have no idea. Either way, worshiping the TV is a bad plan. And even most Christians are doing it. They worship the TV every day and pretend to worship the Lord for an hour or two on Sunday.

Many people believe the Anti-Christ is the body of those who deny Jesus Christ. The Spirit of the Antichrist....
but every spirit that does not acknowledge Jesus is not from God. This is the spirit of the antichrist, which you have heard is coming and even now is already in the world.

I have not received revelation from God on these issues, but it does match up.

What then is the mark of the beast? Well, it, along with the False Prophet, do not seem to have shown up yet.

Hello Servant.

Yes Servant, I agree with what you are saying.
I do not want to go too far in assumption here, but has anyone ever noticed how people worship the TV? The whole world is worshiping, imitating, and drawing all of their precepts from a TALKING IDOL. Have pondered that possibility too.
Many people believe the Anti-Christ is the body of those who deny Jesus Christ. The Spirit of the Antichrist.... but every spirit that
does not acknowledge Jesus is not from God. This is the spirit of the antichrist, which you have heard is coming and even now is
already in the world.
Problem with that view Servant, is the scripture identifies the antichrist as a singular man.

2 Thessalonians 2
3...the man of lawlessness is revealed, the son of destruction, 4 who opposes and exalts himself
above every so-called god or object of worship, so that he takes his seat in the temple of God,
displaying himself as being God.

1) the man of lawlessness
2) the son of destruction
3) exalts himself
4) takes his seat
5) displays himself as God

Seems to be a singular individual.

The spirit of the antichrist is already in the world now, but is also going to arrive!

'the one whose coming is in accord with the activity of Satan' (2 Thessalonians 2:9)

Notice the verse states 'the one' and 'is coming', there is a singular antichrist who
arrives before Christ returns. If the antichrist was plural then the antichrist has always
been with us and will not arrive at a future date. The scripture is clear that this singular
antichrist will arrive at a future time and he will be a man.
I have not received revelation from God on these issues, but it does match up.
If you read Paul's letter to the Thessalonians you will find what I said is true.
What then is the mark of the beast? Well, it, along with the False Prophet, do not seem to
have shown up yet.
Impossible to identify the mark of the beast at present, though some possible candidates
have been proposed. We are probably closer now than we have ever been for a world
wide, electronic mark, or implanted chip.

Much of the Word is hyperbole and allegory. I would not rule out the possibility that the Antichrist has been here since right after Christ. However, you might be right. That's why I said "many believe." I don't know which view is correct. I tend to side with you on this issue, and we should also remember that true wisdom always has two sides.

As for the Mark of the Beast, "the number of a man." Some people believe in multiple-fulfillment. I tend to hold a futurist perspective.

Anyways, while I am still here I should tell you this. The Son of Man has sent His Chief Prince Michael to close the age. -You will know him by his fruits. Cast off the yoke of the world. It will no longer provide you comfort.- The angels are separating the wheat from the weeds. Prince Michael is coming to everyone who loves the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Do not be afraid, God is very merciful. He told me to tell everyone what he told me. Of course, everyone I know probably thinks I have gone insane, but he showed me who he is over the course of a few months. I did not believe him at first. Don't assume too much right now. I made a big mistake by doing that.

And remember, good fruit does not come from a bad tree.
Peace in Christ

This is false. The Bible is the inerrant Word of God.

It will no longer provide you comfort.- The angels are separating the wheat from the weeds. Prince Michael is coming to everyone who loves the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. I do not believe you are a prophet. A prophet of God is 100% correct 100% of the time. You do not even believe the Bible is the inerrant Word of God. Sorry, you don't qualify as a prophet IMO.
