If this verse is rendered true it is odd as the first gang are imprisoned in Earth and not allowed out until perhaps joining Satan for his Little Season.
If she did see 'gods' ascending they must have been Satan's Second Gang along for enjoyment and to add extra proof of the witch's ability.

14; And he said unto her, What form is he of? And she said, An old man cometh up; and he is covered with a mantle. And Saul perceived that it was Samuel, and he stooped with his face to the ground, and bowed himself.
Saul saw what he took to be the real Samuel ignoring that impossibility.

15; And Samuel said to Saul, Why hast thou disquieted me, to bring me up? And Saul answered, I am sore distressed; for the Philistines make war against me, and God is departed from me, and answereth me no more, neither by prophets, nor by dreams: therefore I have called thee, that thou mayest make known unto me what I shall do.
Saul told 'Samuel' he was worried about battling the Philistines and being abandoned by GOD.
Saul had been told to kill all the pagan Amelekites but hadn't done so.

16; Then said Samuel, Wherefore then dost thou ask of me, seeing the Lord is departed from thee, and is become thine enemy?
GOD had abandoned Saul for his disobedience.
'Samuel' was well aware of this from eavesdropping as an invisible spirit.

The only argument in my mind that it wasnt the real samuel is because samuel had previously told saul that the Lord would never speak to him again. Thus it could not be samuel, prophesying to saul that he would lose the war.

However, the story is 3000 years old, the language has changed at least 3 times, so we need to avoid a single information point to make a doctrine.

Keep in mind there would not be laws against communicating with the dead...if it were not possible.

Thanks for coming back to Scripture and the Synagogue of Satan of Scripture which we should have Revelation on, Brother in Christ. And which you obviously don't have Revelation on. You even ignored the Scriptures where God spoke about it. So let us start correctly. Give us the Scripture and then we speak on it and ask our "Abba Father/Daddy" Revelation on it. That is what a Father Loves to give to those who ask and is not "using their intellect" in His place. In being the source of "God information" themselves. Thanks for giving us the actual Scripture. There are two in Revelations. And we need to get the Revelation on this "Synagogue of Satan" because it is given us in Scripture and we need to know it in Revelation.

So what we see clearly in both is that they are those "actively persecuting the Children of God". With of course a spirit of hatred behind it. And when we look more closely at this situation of persecuting the Truth by the "Jews who say they are Children of God" then we see it started with Jesus. Where Jesus said He was the Son of God and put Him on Equality with God and the Truth was persecuted by the "Jews". Who were the "established church" of its day. And then it went on to do it with our Brothers in their Apostolic Gits.

Acts 13:

So in this regard our Brother's "Catholic" fits because we know they killed some True Prophets in their history. But they were not the only ones who persecuted the True Prophets.
