Study what the word spiritual means.(not seen) .Then what literal , what the eyes sees means ?

What the difference? between red and brown

I would think one is seen as the temporal the other not seen the eternal .

2 Corinthians 4:18 King James Version While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.​

How are we to interpret that aparble?

Mankind that dismisses the signified spiritual understanding as a parable. . . has interpreted it as literal . . .drank poison and died . .falling backward from their high horse slain in the spirit of Judgment.
