But the Imperial College model Dr. Fauci and Dr. Birx pushed was garbage and they recommended the destruction of the US economy using this model.

Today we now have empirical evidence that the WHO, Dr. Fauci and Dr. Birx were all wrong. They were charlatans. They lied.

The CDC silently updated their numbers this week to show that only 6% of all coronavirus deaths were related to the coronavirus alone. The rest of the deaths attributed to the China coronavirus are attributed to individuals who had other serious issues going on. Also, most of the deaths are related to very old Americans.

I don't think anyone is disputing there are some higher deaths due to Covid. We've all said it's real.
But an equally valid question would be, why didn't the numbers spike by 180,000? Why did they only spike by approximately 20,000 ?

The chart shows excess deaths per week. At the height of the outbreak there were in a single week 79k deaths when 54k were expected. I haven't done the sums, but you can see at a glance that if you add up all the weeks that the total will be in the region of 180k since the beginning of the outbreak.

Bear in mind too that it's not easy to manipulate a count of deaths. There's a lot of talk about fudging the numbers, but there's not much grey area in dead/alive.

That's why I am saying that what the preacher in the opening post says is either foolish or deceptive

That's precisely why I linked to that chart - because it doesn't make any statement on the cause of death, just the raw numbers. You can clearly see the death rate shoot up at the beginning of April of this year. Tableau Public

the point is 9000 deaths caused by this virus in the USA does not constitute a pandemic or any of the safety pre-cautions like shutting down the economy. It is plain and simple we are being set up, Yes the Virus is a real man made virus that has caused deaths, aprox 9ooo deaths, but that is not enough to justify any of the actions the gonv has taken. the harm it has done by shutting down are economy is far greater then the harm of the virus. And the gonverment has no rights at all in USA to do any of this in the first place
