According to the Christian teaching of Father Richard Rohr the concept of the third eye is a metaphor for non-dualistic thinking; the way the mystics see. In Rhohr's concept, mystics employ the first eye (sensory input such as sight) and the second eye (the eye of reason, meditation, and reflection), "but they know not to confuse knowledge with depth, or mere correct information with the transformation of consciousness itself. The mystical gaze builds upon the first two eyes—and yet goes further." Rohr refers to this level of awareness as "having the mind of Christ"

I guess he is wrong...

As far as spiritual warfare...I was in the Cold War, Croatia, and then Gulf War. War is in my blood. I will die in battle rather than alone in a cave. When somebody attacks somebody else you want to do everything you can to protect them. You will not feel that compulsion until you have been in combat and lost friends. Satan is just another enemy. His demonic army are like dry bones. If you have experienced spiritual warfare to the extreme that you speak of, then pick up your spiritual weapons again and fight again. God is looking for a few good men to finish this race bravely. Many do not know what spiritual warfare is, or they have seen enough hell that it weakens their spirit so much that they can no longer stand.

Consider your self like spies for God, infiltrating Satans army. Many have tried and many have died doing so. I heard the stories of a few during the cold war. But their deaths were not in vain.

I was a decorated soldier in the Army. I have my demons, with or without the third eye. I am 42. I have many years of fight still in me. CNN did not show all the atrocities that occurred in the Gulf War of 1991. That was to protect you and your families from the horrors that us soldiers endured.

Will you fight again or will you leave the battle for the stronger ones? Consider me a mercenary. My payment is in Heaven. But my weapons are not weapons of Man's wars. My battlegrounds are not landscapes of valleys and streams.

If you want to discuss battle plans just say so and I will discuss with you. If you think spiritual warfare is too dangerous for you then say so. Satan will continue to fight whether or not you wish to join the fight. The next child you save from Satans grasp could be one that you know, or maybe a total stranger that you have never met. If you are willing to fight don't you think God would be willing to send his angels to assist you and me? The angels are asking man to fight for themselves along with help of Jesus's love.

The word is a good tool. But so is Music. Find music that keeps you uplifted at all times. Focus on verses that up lift you and encourage you. Eventually that will lead you to a level of courage you have never felt in your life. Find comfort in your Christian brothers and sisters, as well as the hope of seeing your non christian loved ones come closer to Jesus.

Yes you have people on both sides of phenomenon. Its your choice to make as to which you prefer. In my "esp" state or enlightened state or demon possessed state when I walk into a room or in a meeting others around me will burst into laughter for a reason they could not explain. I had a bout with it in 2007. Its ocurred recently but not as intense as it did then.

When I try my hardest to be Pure in Heart an unexplainable level of joy eventually overcomes me. I start laughing. Its hard to fight sometimes.
I think God gives us laughter and Satan gives us follies.

Sorry for that little outburst. Don't get me wrong I love church very much. Its like a festival every sunday. We are always laughing and carrying on, full of joy and abundance.
What is your church like? Ours has an olympic size indoor pool, a workout area, an indoor walking track, 2 gyms, 2 worship sanctuaries, 2 playgrounds for the kids, a baseball field.
It really is like heaven.

The Holy Spirit warned me He would leave me, back in September iirc if I continued in certain intentional sins.
so the devil attacked me and had me convinced the Spirit had actually left me, and being a recent convert at the time i was rather weak and had very little faith, etc.
so literally that night or maybe a few days later, i had a dream in which someone walked up to me, stared directly at my forehead and said "you have a little person inside you"

now, the curious thing about this dream, is, at that time, i had not gotten to the bottom of myself and i still had a spirit of halfheartedness, a spirit of perversion, and perhaps others inhabiting my body. the spirit of perversion resided you know where most likely... however, if all of the spirits actually reside inside the Pineal gland, that would not surprise me.
(a friend of mine had a dream, as far as i know from God, showing him how the demonic world works. your body is just a shoe to a demon, a place to hide in)

that being said its there for a reason. when man took the fruit of the tree (DNA?) of the knowledge of good and evil, did we all of a sudden receive a brain implant in the form of the reptilian brain stem? the pineal gland? or did we receive the coiled serpent which is wrapped around the Pineal gland, in a half moon shape?
is that where the "star water" that "stores" your "soul" resides?
is it the connection to the "Matrix" *btw, don't ever refer to the Holy Spirit as the Oracle, in the movie the matrix: but, you must keep in mind that much of what you get from God is in fact, for your ears only. (and eyes)

There is no problem attending fellowship and sharing Christ. If you are going to seek God then Satan would not want you there; if you are going to be religious, or out of mundane habit why would he care? We would do well to focus on what the Lord wants and not spend time worrying about a defeated foe.

apart from that, the only third eye I know of is between the legs to the rear and it is recommended to be flushed at least once per day and from my observations nothing should ever enter therein!
treat this third eye thing with that in mind and flush it down the toilet.

Just because I speak of things that others have experienced with does not make it wrong, just because they do not go to a Catholic church. Pentecostals are quite loved by God as well as you Catholics and other christians, whichever denomination you wish to follow.
He will bestow certain gifts and abilities on those who are willing to sacrifice their eternal rationalization while here in this life. Because trust me, there are certain gifts that you as a human can not come close to rationalizing with.

There have been others who came before me who were rejected.
I too have been rejected many times.
There will be others who will come after I have gone, who will be rejected.

Stay Pure in Heart, and remember he is with you always. Look for him. Listen for him. You will see him. You will hear him.

This might be a bit lengthy, and I deeply apologize. Don't feel sorry for me, please. I have seen Philadelphia, and it looks very nice. I have met a few missionaries from there. They don't have fear in that church, only faith, hope, and love. But not many have experienced its services. A few of us have, and you know who you are. When today's churches let fear influence their teaching, it can lead a few sinners (and believers) astray, never to return. By fear I am referring to fear of daily events, as well as fear of God. Yes there is a place for fearing God. But for now try loving him more than fearing him. Try to judge less too. A nurse recently told me she was a christian and she still sinned and felt bad about it. I just told her it depends on who she wants to be judged by...today by billions of people, or tomorrow on judgement day by God.

I was born disabled. That disability did not come to full fruition til after being in the Gulf War. The atrocities in the military finally took its toll. That was 20 years ago. 4 months ago my disability struck pretty hard. 3 months ago is when I saw a physical third eye on a friends face, then later in a meeting with colleagues. I went to the veterans hospital and told them. They have Hindu doctors there and they consoled me and said I would be ok. About 3 weeks ago my vision was getting distorted again. I saw the 3rd eye again when talking to a friend. A short time later when I looking at them and talking to them my vision went completely bonkers. This time I saw 4 eyes, 2 noses, and 2 mouths. But my eyes were not crossed. Some how my eyes had become independent of one another.

I was wanting to speak to a brain specialist about that. That happened on May 6th. That night I was very tired. That night I dreamed of a friend who had passed away a few years before. He startled me when he appeared and it made me wake up. When I woke up he did not disappear. Then I just totally passed out and didn't wake up til mid morning. 2 days later I found myself at a hospital with my son getting his blood checked. He had lost about 30 pounds in a few months and having nose bleeds. The doc asked if he was having fuzzy thoughts. I told him I was disabled so if he is it may be hereditary. So he started asking me questions about my disability. Then he got a couple of his colleagues and started interviewing me. I told him of the spirituality I was experiencing, and the demonic 3rd eye, and visions, and feeling like I was surrounded by angels. They didn't like it too much so they put me in the emergency room for observation.

They asked me to take off all my jewelry, tigers eye ring, bible scripture bracelet, St Michael necklace. I felt 100% helpless, with nothing to help me. Thats when God himself walked in the door...metaphorically speaking so I can stay within your comfort zone as you read this. The doctor was a minister. So I told him of all of my experiences. The last thing I told him was, "you can only medicate love for so long" He shook my hand and was glad to meet me. Later that evening a muslim was put in a room across from me. He had tried suicide by swallowing razor blades, and had blood coming out. He was agitated with nurses, cussing. I did not appreciate it, so I tried calming him down. I told him sometimes angels get in the way. That kinda broke the ice. After a few words I just told him that Michael was my commander. He said God was his. I said yes, but all militaries have a chain of command. He opened up more to me and calmed down and said thank you.

I was moved to another area. They tried medicating me there but my body would not agree with it, resulting in convulsions and eventual comotose where I was awake but could not move. That had happened before so I knew I just had to relax and wait for it to leave my system. While there a young lady patient was brought in. She was scared and had a bit anxiety. Again I tried to keep her calm as well. So we would hang out by nurse station. When somebody went thru door she would try to escape. There was a moment where she and I were at nurse station, and we were completely relaxed. At that moment she walked out the door. It caught the guard and nurse off guard. They grabbed her and brought her back. a minute later she did it again. This time the guard and nurse stood between her and door and told her to stop. The door is unlocked with a badge. She did not have one on her. Rationally, the door malfunctioned.

At the end of that she started speaking a word in a foreign tongue, saying Olo, Olo, Olo. They asked what it meant. She said Day and Night.
Things stayed calm after that.

I was moved to a veteran hospital on Mothers Day. I spent a week there recovering and getting counseling. Having spent a few days with fellow war veterans, the counselors asked me to consider applying for a Peer Support Specialist position.
I don't know what the 3rd eye is. Im told its Hindu. One told me its the all seeing eye on back of dollar bill. Anyway, Ive been a Christian since I was a young child. But with my disability I have struggled all of my life. They asked me in 1993 not to read Revelations. I don't. I focus on Proverbs and Beatitudes.
This has been long. I apologize. I text my minister every day since february. He is very compassionate and nonjudgmental. SO he lets me tell all my funny stories.

What's the point? Don't worry about dates. That's not important. Salvation is the key and discipleship. God does not call out people to be infatuated with dates. He calls them to spread the Word of Jesus, forgiveness of sin.

People find it so easy to judge us regarding the music we listen to. I usually choose music over reading. I am a disabled war vet. I see things I should not see. In 2007 in the hospital I saw my last name, Serge, in the bible. I do not know where I saw it and can not find it again. Until I find it I have to live with the fear that I am hallucinating. And until then I can not read very well. Sorry if I hurt your feelings. I am a Christian and that is the only thing keeping me sane.

If reading is difficult then it is also nice to still try and get a nice audio Bible KJV audio Bible from Scourby, it is very easy to listen to and his voice is very clear to understand and he reads directly out of the Bible so we can also hear someone reading The Word of GOD! that way you do not have to be able to read, you could even listen to The Bible on your bicycle to work, at home, whilst driving in your car, etc.!

i even put it on at times whilst i am asleep softly the more we hear The Word of God (KJV) is very good!

If I do not know what the bible says how can I trust my hearing? Disabled vets hear things, even when people are talking to them or reading to them. It really is hard sometimes.
