Hey it is ok. did not, you have "debates' throughout Grammar School, Middle school. and High School Debates classes, as well as college and "Church evangelist and symposium classes, How can anyone be effective in "Evangelism" without effective classes on debates, playing both sides. one at a time. it is impossible to be a effective witness for Christ with out learning the art of Witnessing by debates playing both sides. that is why we are taught how to communicate right, for 12 years of schooling in , the art of Communications.

Oh yes I did forget, a lot people think, that communications means believe everything I say and go along with how my mind thinks and how my Brain process information coming in to it. I did forget how the majority of humanity thinks how information is process.

Forgive me, I was not thinking clearly. and should have gave more thought to my audience. sorry. My bad.

In order to spread the Gospel we need to be able to effectively communicate it because someone needs to be able to understand the Gospel before they can believe it. Being trained to debate is not required, but iron sharpens iron, so interacting with people who disagree with us help us to be better able to articulate what we believe and why. Paul went into synagogues and reasoned with them from Scripture, so there is certainly room for that manner of evangelism. Sarcasm is not a very good form of communication.
