Looking round the World at the Hundreds of millions who have been Infected with COVID-19, the millions that have died and the immense suffering that the virus has caused, then im sure Jesus would say to his followers , take the Vaccine, not only for your own health and well being but also for those you come into contact with. While the vaccine doesnt protect 100% against infection, it greatly reduces the chance of contracting COVID and if you do, greatly reduces the symptoms, and i believe it also cuts down transmission rates. So just where is the problem?
And of course the longer the virus is around and the more people it infects the greater the chance of a Mutation that will be immune to present vaccines, so we'll be back to square one again.
One thing im sure Jesus would also say to his followers, given the way COVID-19 is ravaging poorer countries with totally inadequate health systems, is to press your leaders and politicians to force the Big Pharma Companies to make the formula for vaccine manufacture available to poorer countries, so they can start to manufacture their own vaccines at prices they and others can afford.
My own Government here in the UK is one of those currently opposing a TRIPS waiver at the World Trade Organisation, to make vaccines more available and cheaper, shame on them and those that support them, but its up to us to show the light of Gods compassion in the world and fight for Justice on this issue before many more millions suffer and die.

Yes The US congress itself is exempt from the vaccine mandate, and Pfizer employees are exempt from the mandate. Even if you take the jab, there's no guarantee you won't get it.
You still have to wear the mask. Except under certain circumstances (like being sitting down at a restaurant) then you don't have to. If you're at a football game with 50,000 other people, then you don't have to.
Most of the doctors and nurses in the town I currently live in have refused to take it, most the doctors and nurses in my home town have also refused to take it. Many are being fired.
Hospitals are complaining about not enough staff, but they are firing their employees. Go figure. The same government and media that is shutting down churches, and supporting censorship, and promoting critical race theory

Along with what the social-marxist democrats are doing in bed with the UN and its Goal 2030 and Agenda 21 (if you are unfamiliar with these, you need to inform yourself), who are working together to bring the world into the New World Order (which will be a marxist totalitarian regime), they cannot continue until America is "on board" but we will not go onboard because we will not give up our rights. So...what's really going on? I would be interested to know where you get your figures from for this. i live in the UK, and the table of age related deaths up to January 2021, the start of the vaccination rollout, showed 80,000 deaths in total, with around 12,000 deaths occurring in people under the age of 70, i cant find the infection rate figures for the under 70's so would be grateful for your source.
Worldwide there are now nearly 240 million confirmed cases of COVID-19 with deaths approaching 5 million, roughly a 2% mortality rate, now whether thats someone over 70 or not, a 2% mortality rate translated into a world population of 7 billion would equate to around 140 million deaths, and that doesnt take into account the suffering of the relatives of those that die, the strain on Medical resources as i believe somewhere between 5-10% of those that contract COVID require hospitalisation,, the long term effects of COVID particularly on the heart and Lungs and the ever present possibility of a mutation to a more deadly and vaccine resistant strain of the virus.
And to answer your question as to what the vaccine does, it greatly reduces the chance of catching the virus, if you do catch it it greatly reduces the symptoms, the risk of death and need for hospitalisation and it also cuts down the chances of you transmitting it to others.
So i still dont understand your opposition to the vaccine for it seems to me you are prepared to play a sort of "Russian Roulette" with peoples lives purely for the sake of your perceived "Freedom of choice".

That's the marriam-webster definition. Every other definition I've found is similar. The meaning of pandemic is linked to spread of the disease, not death rate
