I have not studied the different ancient oral traditions in that way, as universal world wide the orthodoxy . There are many sects . The Bible declares there must be heresies as personal opinions, or private commentaries amongst us seeing the kingdom of God does not come by walking by sight after the temporal things seen .

I would describe my understanding as as reforming a restoring process. This is knowing if Christ has begun the good teaching authority he will continue to work with me till the last day . (Philippians 1:6)

I for one am a slower learner. In my early in life I saw no value in a education .All I needed was a Job . I wish of would of paid attention as it seems you have, its a great blessing

I hated English and should take a class for teaching the older dogs .

I lean more toward what some call the Amil position, the signified language of parables .It like others fits more than one ism . I think at one time both Calvinism and the apposing Catholicism both used the Amil position (No literal interpretation) the camps are divided different ways or subways. The teaching of Heaven did not exists until Jesus came upon the earth. It took a long time to spread across the nations. And the common people did not get the Bible in their common language until around 15 century, And the majority of the english speaking people did not know how to read until 18 and 19th century. And during that 14 th century, John Wycliffe and "The Lollards" was great into the responsible for the translation of the BIBLE into the english language.
And we must not forget, up around the 14th -16th century it was a death penalty to own or recite any part of the "Holy Scriptures" in the common man's language.

So may i say again why do most people think that when they die they are going to heaven, or their love ones are looking down on them? And most of these people do not believe in Jesus. and a lot believe just because they go to church and that is the key into the entrance into The Pearly Gates.
