What part of my answer shocked you? (this is my answer assuming that you were shocked by me saying there is a path to God in every religion)
Listen I am going to be honest with you, I do not have enough time to read the links you gave me today ( I'm really busy today).
First off I would like to point out that I said "I believe" as in my own personal beliefs are.
Second
(since I am really busy today) I will follow up with scriptures later
Third
I leave you to ponder this question: What happened to Gandhi after death? Plato? Vergil? Plato and Vergil were alive before Christianity was widespread. If someone goes their entire life without ever hearing of Christianity do they go to Hell?
I thought you'd know the basic of such questions as who goes to hell, since your profiles says you've been a Christian since childhood.
Anyone who does not believe in Jesus Christ as Lord & Savior and what He has done on the Cross, goes to hell. Its not a personal belief. Its the truth. You want to make up personal beliefs, then you're on the wrong track for sure. Your assumption that Christianity was not widespread is not plausible. GOD created man as knowing of who GOD is, by default. Man has always know who GOD is. As for each individual, that is between GOD and them. Not us to guess or assume. The Scripture makes it clear, anyone who does not believe in Jesus Christ is condemned to Hell.
Matthew 7:21
[
I Never Knew You ] "Not everyone who says to me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven.
Matthew 19:16-24
The Rich Young Man
16 And behold, a man came up to him, saying, "Teacher, what good deed must I do to have eternal life?" 17And he said to him,
"Why do you ask me about what is good? There is only one who is good. If you would enter life, keep the commandments." 18He said to him, "Which ones?" And Jesus said,
"You shall not murder, You shall not commit adultery, You shall not steal, You shall not bear false witness, 19
Honor your father and mother, and, You shall love your neighbor as yourself." 20The young man said to him, "All these I have kept. What do I still lack?"
21Jesus said to him,
"If you would be perfect, go, sell what you possess and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and come, follow me." 22 When the young man heard this he went away sorrowful, for he had great possessions. 23And Jesus said to his disciples,
"Truly, I say to you, only with difficulty will a rich person enter the kingdom of heaven. 24
Again I tell you, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich person to enter the kingdom of God."
John 3:16
"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.
John 3:36
Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life; whoever does not obey the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God remains on him.
John 5:24
Truly, truly, I say to you, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life. He does not come into judgment, but has passed from death to life.
