Why does God send people to hell?

Hell is purely for Satan.

It seems many people besides Satan will be in hell and the Lake of Fire.

I think many of us miss a primary axiom of all that God does and all He creates. His law and statement is full and total investment of His Person in all of what He has made ( slain from the foundation of the world). Consider the payment and investment in Jesus Christ, full payment, full and total investment. Words of Christ ( and now the ruler of this world is judged ) speaking of His crucifixion. This is a price and authority in worth and in law that the devil cannot match. Anything or anyone not found in the sacrifice has never and cannot ever have a standing in creation because nothing less can be accepted into God's person which is salvation. A good example is when Paul is talking about the circumcision of the Jews. We often miss what he is representing in this dialogue because people jump to the conclusion that he's talking about the Jewish people "ONLY". But he's not talking about the Jewish people. He's talking about what it is to be a true child of God. A true child of God is one whose heart is circumcised. And this is what he says and means about what it is to be a true Jew. I think the Bible is used to prove God not seen, seen . Opening the eyes of the blind. Called face to face in the revealed knowledge of the gospel the book of Christ loving law.

That is referring to Satan's First Gang of Fallen Angels - aka the Watchers
