Why ever christian i meet think im a new believer?

You did. You don't bother with organized churches, and isolate yourself with your immediate family, and apparently have some phony "Prophetic Words" that you're taking seriously.
I did NOT say that we isolate....I said three people meeting is church....The fact is we meet with Christians all over the planet...often! As to what Father said...You were not there, so you are in no position to judge what He said....Oh Are you saying that God does not talk to you maybe? He does you know
...if you stop tallking long enough to listen.... When you listen you will hear Him...If you listen

The BIBLE tells Christians to gather together, and "Father" tells you NOT TO (as you claim He did). I'll go with the Biblical Word, thank you.

Acts 2 describes the birth of the church.

They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer. Everyone was filled with awe at the many wonders and signs performed by the apostles. All the believers were together and had everything in common. They sold property and possessions to give to anyone who had need. Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved.

From the very beginning of his ministry, Jesus gathered people in community. Starting with 12 disciples, then 70 and many more followers. Meeting together is embedded into the way God calls us to worship and serve him.

And Matthew 18:20 is not describing church worship and fellowship, but a discipline hearing.

I been a Christian for 12 years, I'm not a very good Christian but every church I go to thinks I'm a new believer

I would offer to beware of the wiles of the devil Most churches focus on numbers ($$$$) and would be quick to make their sect the authority .($$$$) At the same time $$$$ mammon is needed for the ministry So then the wisdom of God comes into play . In that way no man can serve two teaching masters. mammon (necromancy) and all things written in the law and the prophets. Or Moses used to represent the law and the prophets The prophets signified by Elias the power of the Spirit .

Mathew 23: 15 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye compass sea and land to make one proselyte, and when he is made, ye make him twofold more the child of hell than yourselves.

Luke 16:13 No servant can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.

(1) Its either necromancy, seeking after patron saints as disembodied workers with a familiar spirits following the law of the fathers (scribes and Pharisee's with Sadaucess two sects. . .of a hierarchy of men that Lord it over the faith or understanding of the non venerable pew sitters or (2) the true master sola scriptura:. "all things written in the law and prophets ".

So then welcome the greeting and explain you have been born again . Maybe one should ask a new member rather than assuming ?

Luke 16: 29-31 Abraham saith unto him, They have Moses and the prophets; let them hear them. And he said, Nay, father Abraham: but if one went unto them from the dead, they will repent. And he said unto him, If they hear not Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded, though one rose from the dead.
