Not so. How could God the Father hold condemnation of all the men present for the feasts, on a Thursday evening, Friday morning too holy for such an event responsible for something (the trial, beating, and crucifixion) they didn't know they were doing wrong? Most were simply arriving to prepare for the feast week. Jesus forgave them all, especially the actual evil actors, the Jewish rulers and Roman soldiers. The general populace of Jews were observers obeying the rulers and even the soldiers like Jesus commanded hearers to do.Well, that is what I said. God used the hands of man to do it, and the hands that did it became responsible to God for it.

Luke 23:34 (KJV)
34 Then said Jesus, Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do. And they parted his raiment, and cast lots.
Yet they were the ones hearing the news from Peter, repenting for something their hands did not do, and establishing the original Church of at least 3,000 souls. Peter was technically right to implicate the entire nation for not believing Jesus, like probably exemplified by Americans who are not taking an active stand against immorality. Some repent for the whole, but is Jesus forgiving still like at the cross? I doubt it, because the average Joe didn't know then, but they do today. God ordained what happened to Jesus back then, but what's going on today...
